The man that runs this store has ZERO customer service skills. His employee charged my card twice for the same transaction. I called on Sunday 9/22 to address the issue and the guy/owner (Tamir I think) would not listen, repeatedly talked over me, blamed us for the error even though HIS EMPLOYEE caused the error with the transaction. He said we’d have to wait until Monday for the charge to “fall off” since it was the weekend. We waited, called and nothing happened by the time he gave us. We keep calling him and the issue is still unresolved today 9/25. I will NEVER visit or use my money at this facility again! Not once did he apologize for the error or take accountability for it. This used to be our regular gas station despite receiving expired products from there on different occasions. We will now just take our business across the street to Marathon Bellstores. Had he acted like he cared or even took accountability, I would not be so upset. But, he was rude and dismissive from the beginning. Sadly, that was the last bit of money I had until payday. But, he doesn’t care to resolve the issue because he got his money plus some from me. Crook!
