I have stopped here daily on my way to work for an icee. The store has gradually become more dirty every day. Now, the store is horrible. Cup, lids, sticky liquid all over entire floor and counter tops. The employees are just standing around non chaulant. The machines look like they never get cleaned. The icee section never works, maybe 1 flavor works at a time. I'm disgusted with this store. I have started going to speedway on tTuscarawus now

Not impressed!!! Bathrooms were disgusting trash all over the floors and everything looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day dirty and grimy! Then the young man at the register was very rude when I told him that one of the fountain drinks wasn’t correct and his response was “what do you want me to do about it!!” Employees need to learn to not have an attitude when a customer says something isn’t correct!

While the cashiers are quite friendly, you had better pray you aren't there for a drink or bathroom break. My work keeps me on the road a lot, and three visits in a row, the cups, lids, and toilet paper were either almost gone or empty. Knowing how stores like this work, that means at 2/3 shifts are not doing their job. This would have been a 1 star if not for one absolutely wonderful lady that often gets stuck on counter while two young girls goof around.

ever since Ohio's been on stay at home order, the card readers on the pumps haven't been working. now you gotta go stand in a small building with 20 potential carriers wearing pajamas and coughing everywhere for 10 mins just to get some gas.. nope.

An extremely rude cashier with no customer service skills, but the rest of the staff are friendly. The young lady working in the cafe is wonderful!

Cafe service was the worst you could imagine. Young lady and a male were behind the counter. Neither were interested in making my order. They had plenty of time to talk to her boyfriend and make him a free frozen drink. They continued chatting for 10 minutes after I made my order and paid for it. Another girl changing garbage stopped never washed her hands and started replacing the frozen drink bags. I was the only person waiting for food. They finally finished my 1 sub in 23 minutes. I would be embarrassed as a store manager knowing I had people like this employed and working for me. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I will never stop again.

Tried the new speedy Cafe, what a disappointment. 1 person in line in front of of me, and it took over 10 minutes for them to make me a frozen drink. Not very speedy!!

I got the same rude black lady. She hates her job so must make everyone else miserable. Glad there are plenty of other gas stations to choose from.

Zero stars!! Very rude people working here! No customer service help.. especially the black lady at the register is loud and doesn't know how to treat customers nicely!
