We have had to call the local branch of our post office twice recently due to packages showing up as undeliverable at our address. Both times, the gentleman who answered the phone was so pleasant, understanding and helpful. Mistakes happen and deliveries get delayed, especially around the holidays. I genuinely appreciate the kindness and attention we receive each time we call this branch.

Very rude and unhelpful. Caused postage due to my customers or myself because did not take the time to explain best process. Long wait lines with One person at the counter. Employees that are working look miserable doing their job because of poor management. Took out self service kiosk for stamps and easy postage tracking. Very disappointed in our postal service.

There is some kind of scam running at this location. I had a package go missing at the end of last year, tracking said it arrived at the post office but the post office claimed it didn't. I said thats fine we're in a pandemic and its holiday season mistakes happen. Now here I am in September, another package intended to be delivered by this post office went out for delivery on August 13th and has never been seen again. Their own staff admitted an arrival image was taken of the package. The supervisor fraudulently closed my claim with the post service claiming the issue was resolved but he never even spoke to me and the package is still missing. Every time i attempted to speak to him he's never at the locationbut he's supposed to be investigating the situation, how is an investigation occurring when you're not present to be investigating. That is a huge red flag. Then on top of that the staff is downright rude, they literally don't give a care about customers. I opened an investigation with the Inspector General, state, and local police. Hopefully my package is recovered and this location gets new staff that don't steal packages and treat customers with some type of dignity.

The postmaster working at this location is extremely rude, and patronizing. He allowed himself to call my cell phone today, to ask me "what issues did I have with my mail". This was because I had reported that my mailbox was labeled vacant by their mail carrier even though I was still living in that apartment. I had not picked up my mail in 2 weeks as I was away. When I got back, I went to check in at the post office and see what I should do to get my mail going again. They said they got things going. One week later, still no deliveries to my box. When I went in to check again why this was happening, they told me my box was mistakenly labeled as vacant. I reported the latter fact as a complaint with USPS. The next day, which is today, the postmaster at that location called my cellphone, asking what problems i had with my mail. He kept arguing with me, interrupting me, not letting me finish a sentence, and even raising his voice. I had to hang up. I am unsure if he would do the same thing if I was a man. I reported their stinking deeds again.

Dropped off 3 packages Friday going to 3 different states. I checked tracking and they all say delivered in mailbox Canton,Ohio 2 hours after I dropped off. This would mean they scanned the packages as being delivered to the post off ie instead of being in Possession at usps. Very upsetting since the value of these packages is in the thousands. Never going there again.

My mom was sending me a package and it still hasnt arrived they told her it wouldve been shipped to me last Monday guaranteed and yet here I am this week still without my package they tried using the lame covid excuse but it's been almost 3 weeks. It doesn't take that long to ship it to my state

Worst post office ever. The mailman always delivers the wrong mail to the wrong addresses and deliver packages to the wrong address or the worker steals them. I never received my packages and post office wont own up to their mistakes instead they lied saying they delivered them when they never did and they scan packages at their truck so you couldn’t tell if they were really delivered. What a joke!

Horrible parking. Horrible customer service. One attendant at desk. Some are so old that they unable to perform their duties in a timeley matter. People walking around doing nothing while lines go out the door. One day the lady said I’m going to be at least 1/2 on this customer...however she refused to call and ask for asssiastance. How man6 times must the USPS remodel buildings and not supply ample parking nor staff to accomadate its base....

We have been having issues with this post office the last 2 months! They are not taking our bills out of the mail box that are being sent out! Upon calling I was informed that if the carrier does not have any mail to deliver at my address then they are not oblighted to take our mail! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! I was also informed that it is a free service to have my mail brought to my house! But if I remember correctly when I pay my taxes that pays their wages! I'm confused!
