First visit and I’m Very disappointed in the poor service I received on 6/15 cashier seemed very under trained on how to do a transaction I won’t fault her for that but I will fault her for being rude about it and giving me this “I don’t want to be bothered with this attitude” and the constant roll eyes was the cherry on top. The manager on duty was knowledgeable and nicer her to bad she wasn’t at the front when I first arrived. The other part that made this experience very poor was I had no privacy trying to pick up a money gram. I was told I had to use the red phone by the photo counter to call money gram. I felt awkward and uncomfortable standing in the front of the store with a germy red phone in my hand it’s unsanitary really was also uncomfortable because money gram needed my private information and a lady was standing right next to me ordering photo prints it’s insecure and unsafe… a relative sent me money for an emergency so I had no choice but to deal with this. Mind you the process was very long and my elderly disabled other relative was in the car for an hour oh and to top it all off I missed a very important appointment for this. Do better cvs most places have kiosks anyways.

I don't know what happened to this place. Used to be a great store with awesome customer service. Now you call and get some cranky woman who sounds like she hates you for calling. Good luck with this store CVS!

Horrible place to fill prescriptions staff is rude and lazy Let's add an edit. Now that I have my child's(3yrs old) prescription they didn't even give me a syringe to administer her medication 😒

Pharmacy will not call your doctor when they don't have a prescription in stock. My doctor placed a prescription in, CVS called me said the don't have that prescription, call your doc and have him order another or call Walgreens. I called my doc, he prescribed another drug. Same thing. CVS called to say they don't have this in stock either. That's 2 days in a row and won't call my doc, I have to call around just to get my prescription filled.

CVS is always GREAT. I am a loyal customer to them. They have a great rewards program that gives you coupons on a regular basis. They send 30 and 40% off coupons both in the mail and in emails. They allow you to combine coupons and they are usually only valid on regularly priced items. They also have amazing sales and they regularly have vitamins for buy 1 get 1 free.

On 5/3/2020 around 1:30 PM I went to buy 2 face masks at the pharmacy drive thru and questioned the man at the window if it was possible to get 2 more for other family members and he said no 2 per customer I then asked what's the difference if I return and purchase again and he said maybe later so 3 hrs later I went back and he refused to sell the masks and I said ok I'll have to send someone else to come back and buy it. My issue here is he was not truthful about coming back later had me inconvenienced to return later to tell me no. I have been in customer service for a gov agency for 25 yrs and if I don't have an answer I would just say right at the moment no we cannot or but don't lie and tell me later and then disappoint and inconvenience the customer he needs training

Worst pharmacy around. I always pick up prescriptions for my grandmother, she had her blood pressure medication changed and they were aware of that. The next month we pick up here perscription and she got both blood pressure medications. One time they didn’t give me her insulin and insisted that we got it, but we didn’t. I had to go back and argue for 10 minutes for them to finally check the fridge to see that it was still in the fridge. Another time my father got out of the hospital and they didn’t fill his prescription because it needed a prior authorization and they didn’t contact the doctor to notify him. He is without his medication for 5 days now. I was told without insurance he would pay $988.00. I transferred pharmacies and paid $18.00 without insurance. Nobody should fill their prescriptions here.

Pharmacy is ridiculous with perscription no call they are out and have to wait another day. The next day I go pick up perscription and still didn't fill it and makes me wait longer. They should call and have respect but no didn't get it

Personally I'd like to give NO STARS. My MIL won't switch from CVS. Multiple times, rx not ready. I had 2 rx called in at noon today, it was left on their Voicemail, which is checked "every hour on the hour". After waiting 10 minutes in drive up line at 5pm, I was told they did not even have the prescriptions called in. It was after hours, I had to contact the Dr's office to call them in again, then wait an HOUR to come back to pick them up. Too many mess ups too many times. That's why I've switched to Giant Eagle pharmacy. Smooth sailing. Boo on CVS.
