First visit and I’m Very disappointed in the poor service I received on 6/15 cashier seemed very under trained on how to do a transaction I won’t fault her for that but I will fault her for being rude about it and giving me this “I don’t want to be bothered with this attitude” and the constant roll eyes was the cherry on top. The manager on duty was knowledgeable and nicer her to bad she wasn’t at the front when I first arrived. The other part that made this experience very poor was I had no privacy trying to pick up a money gram. I was told I had to use the red phone by the photo counter to call money gram. I felt awkward and uncomfortable standing in the front of the store with a germy red phone in my hand it’s unsanitary really was also uncomfortable because money gram needed my private information and a lady was standing right next to me ordering photo prints it’s insecure and unsafe… a relative sent me money for an emergency so I had no choice but to deal with this. Mind you the process was very long and my elderly disabled other relative was in the car for an hour oh and to top it all off I missed a very important appointment for this. Do better cvs most places have kiosks anyways. ~Tori
