The store was organized and clean. With the help of Tyler, I was able to select the perfect Samsung 4.7 washer. He answered all my questions, he was knowledgeable and pleasant. Ron the store manager was able to get me a next delivery after thinking we would have to wait 4 days. It’s disappointing how the customer service is horrible, The lady at the customer service was very rude and aggressive. She was very rude to the person in front of me as well. The customer in-front of my had a confusion and the customer service lady started going off and giving the customer attitude, then it was my turn she was very aggressive scanning stuff and she acted as if I’m bothering her. I never had this issue with anyone in this store except a lady named Lillian. ~bla

Have been to this CVS location numerous times in the past. Sometimes they have what I am looking for, sometimes not. The reason I am giving them only a three star- their prices inside their store could be a little bit better managed. The last time I was here- I was able to purchase what I needed and it was fine and got a boatload of coupons with my receipt- which wasn't terrible and I was able to use my CVS card which also added some discounts as well. I think however- the pharmacy staff could be somewhat more down to earth and appreciate the clientele giving them the business. ~D.A.

The new pharmacist that has blonde hair is absolutely rude and literally refuses to process prescription through insurance. Her reply yo everything is you can just buy it over the counter Will be switching pharmacies now after 2 days of having to get drs involved to get my prescriptions filled ~Tiffany

If you work a 9-5 job and you need your prescription to help you live, you can't get till the next day because the pharmacy closes at 5pm. Never have I experienced this, ever. ~Jason

First visit and I’m Very disappointed in the poor service I received on 6/15 cashier seemed very under trained on how to do a transaction I won’t fault her for that but I will fault her for being rude about it and giving me this “I don’t want to be bothered with this attitude” and the constant roll eyes was the cherry on top. The manager on duty was knowledgeable and nicer her to bad she wasn’t at the front when I first arrived. The other part that made this experience very poor was I had no privacy trying to pick up a money gram. I was told I had to use the red phone by the photo counter to call money gram. I felt awkward and uncomfortable standing in the front of the store with a germy red phone in my hand it’s unsanitary really was also uncomfortable because money gram needed my private information and a lady was standing right next to me ordering photo prints it’s insecure and unsafe… a relative sent me money for an emergency so I had no choice but to deal with this. Mind you the process was very long and my elderly disabled other relative was in the car for an hour oh and to top it all off I missed a very important appointment for this. Do better cvs most places have kiosks anyways. ~Tori

The prices are a bit high and the selection was a bit picked over but so happy to even have a Filipino grocery near me. The owners were very nice and even told us the restock date for the items we were looking for. I will definitely be back to support this local business. ~Kat

Had a gift card for 25 dollars. Clerk was nasty and told me there was no money on my card. Wrong called 800 number and card was good. So after being disrespected I left and went to snow road and ridge with no problems and good service ~Michelle
