Best grocery store in Parma, Ohio (OH) 2024

It’s disappointing how the customer service is horrible, The lady at the customer service was very rude and aggressive. She was very rude to the person in front of me as well. The customer in-front of my had a confusion and the customer service lady started going off and giving the customer attitude, then it was my turn she was very aggressive scanning stuff and she acted as if I’m bothering her. I never had this issue with anyone in this store except a lady named Lillian. ~bla

The prices are a bit high and the selection was a bit picked over but so happy to even have a Filipino grocery near me. The owners were very nice and even told us the restock date for the items we were looking for. I will definitely be back to support this local business. ~Kat

I am very disappointed with the service of this place. Especially the bakery. Got there to get a cake for my friends weeding. I got there 6:15 and they said Bakery is till 7:00. There was nobody there. Then the manager came and was very rude to me. He said he will not write anything on it or give me anything to put on as congratulations. I will consider if I'll shop here again or not but most probably not. Until I hope they get more friendly staff! Huh ~Karl
