Terrible Flash Food system. Order said pick up by September 6. I got there at 720AM they said the order was past the pickup date they tossed it. It was still the 6th, they tried to tell me I needed to pick it up on the 5th. That logic is so absurd, then they tell me I have to get a refund from Flashflood. They are the ones who pulled the order before it was expired. I told them to go get f#@$ed. They couldn't even offer me the same product that they have in stock. Terrible store with garbage management. Do not go there Go to Meijer.

No plastic bags + Closing at 9pm is a joke. Somehow Meijer found enough staff to stay open till midnight. Food is cheaper at Meijer too

The grocery store is clean and the staff is friendly. I gave a lower rating because the deli counter closes ridiculously early as does the store itself which used to be 24 hours. Also, the gas station closes at 8pm.

I am very disappointed with the service of this place. Especially the bakery. Got there to get a cake for my friends weeding. I got there 6:15 and they said Bakery is till 7:00. There was nobody there. Then the manager came and was very rude to me. He said he will not write anything on it or give me anything to put on as congratulations. I will consider if I'll shop here again or not but most probably not. Until I hope they get more friendly staff! Huh

A little overpriced for many brand name products, but always competitive on generic versions, especially during sales. In my experience, Giant Eagle brand versions are consistently high quality. This Parma store is well laid out and the aisles aren't quite as narrow as the Broadview Rd store. Employees are almost always friendly and helpful. But I'm taking one point off for the new limited hours: they now close at 9 pm every day, but didn't advertise that in any obvious way. And another point off for their inconsistent and time consuming return process, which seems to be arbitrary depending on the store location or manager.

My experience yesterday was that I got groceries for the amount of $220. And I had 20% savings. I was only able to get $18 only. Instead of $42. I lost about $24 in all. I am very upset about it!!!

I went to Giant Eagle to purchase alcohol because they have a full State Liquor store inside and I walked through their bakery and decided to purchase some cookies as well. They have a very good bakery and the goods are always fresh and delicious. I brought 2 different kinds of cookies to have a variety. The store is well designed.
