They always do an amazing job. I’ve ordered bracelets, purchased earrings, and had family heirloom rings repaired. It is a wonderful experience every time. The staff are accommodating and patient when selecting pieces and do not pressure you at all. The selection of jewelry carried in the shop are always eye catching and unique. I will keep coming back to Morris.

My latest experience was great, as always. I had presented to the Morris team a challenging task in making a pendant. Jim Sears said Morris didn't do the kind of work needed but did try to find someone reputable who could. He gave updates and returned with word that such a mounting would hurt the integrity of the piece. All this was done in a matter of days. Shows how the Morris team has the best interests of their clients upmost in their minds

My visit at Morris Jewelery was amazing! From the time I walked up in front of the store I was treated like royalty and family! It was great. Manny greeted me out on the side walk and welcomed me into the store. He was very informative and helpful, it really helped me choose a great gift for my fiancé. And the lady that rapped the gift was so nice and pleasant, when I have my fiancé her pearl necklace she didn’t even want to open it because she didn’t want to ruin the stunning wrapping work. I thought this type of customer service was dead. Since My experience at Morris Jewelery I have told so many people about it and I am looking forward to going back to this historic playground! My fiancé and I are beyond pleased with the Morris team. I don’t think I’ll ever get used to seeing the beauty in the ring that they created using Wyatt’s vision. We no longer live in Bowling Green but went to them knowing the established reputation and they lived up to it. They worked with us through every step and when things went wrong, they stuck through it, and went above and beyond with their follow through. I don’t think we could ever use another jeweler simply for the fact that we know they will always make good on their word and there is no doubt they know their craft. Much love to the Morris team. Phenomenal service. I viewed multiple styles and visited a couple times to figure out exactly what I wanted, and the staff was so patient with me. Every time I visited was a pleasant experience. The whole store was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Once I ordered multiple settings to create a custom piece, they arrived within two weeks and turnaround time for the setting happened within a day! My ring exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to wear it everyday! Will definitely be going back for more pieces.

I walked into Morris Jewelry with my wife and young children, and was extremely impressed with their professionalism and welcoming spirit. We could tell right away that there was rich history in this building, and that we were in a special place. Jim's focus on the customer and knowledge of diamond quality made us feel like we were in the diamond district in Manhattan. I'm very glad that we decided to shop local! You will not find this level of service at the typical national chains.

I was so pleased with the care and personal attention I was given at Morris Jewelry - by all of the employees that helped me ! I even had a question/concern after I’d made an engraving decision and then had some second thoughts - they returned my call quickly and were happy to wait for me to come back into the store to see it again!
