Just called to get gas prices because it doesn't show on their website. Only for them to refer me back to the website for pricing. Useless... Corporate needs to update their site. Ill just drive to Costco and give them my business.

Almost 30 minutes in line at the register waiting. The cashier did not know what she was doing. She was giving incorrect change as if she couldn't count. Left went to another speedway was in and out less than 3 min. Both locations had one person.

Noah the store manager would not sell a tobacco product because my if wouldn’t swipe. I have a brand new ID and his machine wasn’t excepting it. He said it was mandatory the ID swipes. This is a brand new ID how is it my fault, maybe your machín isn’t working. I have had other employees from store sell me tobacco product with no issues. So either he just didn’t want to sell it to me for discrimination or there employees are doing wrong will be contacting corporate if he isn’t here I get tobacco products doesn’t make any sense.

When attempting to use the credit card chip reader on pump 8, it didn't work, so I had to go to pump 7 instead. Slight inconvenience that was acceptable because this gas station is a lot less packed than the Walmart station down the street and around the corner from here.

This place is horrible has very bad customer sevice. Male employees was in a bad mood he' in his 20s with curly hair, purposely put a different gas grade, this way when I went to the pump I would have trouble pumping gas. So when I went back to the speedway store to ask for help he went to the bathroom and took 40 min in order not to help me out. The other employee (elder senior female) was also no help. Horrible customer service.

A twisted tea can exploded in my back seat. Tried getting it replaced and she said I dropped it. Which is not true. I threw the can in the trash. They also had spoiled milk chocolate the next day I complained and got that replaced.

Ed is very rude and has no personality at all. The worst customer service ever. Rolls his eyes and speaks to you like you’re stupid. Always has attitude like he doesnt want to be at work. Fix his attitude or ill call corporate.

Shame this is no longer Shell gas. Speedway must purchase the cheapest gas available to resell with high markup. My car can only use premium gas and it is burning through it three times as fast as Shell gas. Now I have to go find a Shell or Chevron before I start having issues with my car.

The person behind the counter was incredibly rude and confrontational. He’s gang member type attitude was troubling.
