Phenomenal service. I viewed multiple styles and visited a couple times to figure out exactly what I wanted, and the staff was so patient with me. Every time I visited was a pleasant experience. The whole store was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Once I ordered multiple settings to create a custom piece, they arrived within two weeks and turnaround time for the setting happened within a day! My ring exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to wear it everyday! Will definitely be going back for more pieces. ~Rachel
