Yall need to hire some mthrfkn clerks and ger rid of the broken self checkout counters. THREE times i've tried to use them things and at some point it just goes to "please wait, help is on the way." I'm like "bish, i did everything right. Tf u mean 'help is on the way'?"

Normally I would rate this cvs higher because the staff is always kind enough. Not today. Lady checking me out gave me attitude for no reason. I went to the pharmacy counter to check out as I had some prescriptions to pick up and was met with “do you even have a pick up?” As if I would waste my time waiting in that line for no reason. I told her yes, I do have rx to pick up. Then she turned to her coworker and laughed right in my face. So I simply left my selections, took my rx and left. They won’t be getting any more of my business. Thanks, Margarita. Great customer service.

If i could give no stars i would do so. Management is so rude. Stood at the register for 5 minutes not realizing there was a customer service button. She came up to me “can i help you” i said yes I’m ready to checkout as i was gonna use the self machines but they did not take cash. To be a part of management and have that kind of customer service is appalling. Do better, especially in todays world

Pharmacy is horrible. They are always slow, terrible at updating their system properly, always seem like they have an attitude with you simply for just existing. Phone system is a pain. I had to call and twice to figure out why they received one of my prescriptions, but not the other that was sent at the exact same time. The second time calling the man told me that they did actually have it, but my insurance didn’t cover it. I asked what I should do and he told me a prescription my insurance would cover. I had to call the doctor back myself only for them to tell me that the pharmacy can’t just have me call them and tell them what prescription to write, the pharmacy needed to give them a call. I call the pharmacy once again, ask them to call the doctor. The man says he’ll call doctor and call me write back. Three hours to by, no call back, no prescription ready.. so I go wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to explain what happened and finally get my prescription even though the man had a terrible attitude and barely said a word to me.. and sadly I was still nice to him despite my frustrations

Have been to this CVS location numerous times in the past. Sometimes they have what I am looking for, sometimes not. The reason I am giving them only a three star- their prices inside their store could be a little bit better managed. The last time I was here- I was able to purchase what I needed and it was fine and got a boatload of coupons with my receipt- which wasn't terrible and I was able to use my CVS card which also added some discounts as well. I think however- the pharmacy staff could be somewhat more down to earth and appreciate the clientele giving them the business.

The pharmacy staff was very helpful and polite. Store seemed pretty clean and well stocked. Checkout at front counter was a bit overcrowded with displays making forming a socially distanced line difficult.

ZERO stars! Not only did they not answer the phone for an HOUR leaving me to listen to the same song and voice message on repeat , but the pharmacy (which the manager said was fully staffed and not busy) answered after an hour and HUNG UP saying that they were busy. Absolutely no respect for anyone.

0 stars actually. The minute clinic is the worst I’ve ever been to. Had a covid test scheduled a week in advance so that I could travel the next day. I arrived for my appointment and waited 20 minutes until I finally went and found someone to ask for help. I was then told that the rapid testing is closed for the day and that my appointment was canceled and that I should have received an email or text earlier that day. I double checked my phone and told them I had not received a call or text , but the lady could care less . She did not apologize once . I thought CVS was supposed to be convenient yet they caused the biggest inconvenience for me.

The pharmacy has to be the slowest I have ever used. I wish my insurance wouldn't have changed. Expect to spend 20 minutes to just pick up through the drive thru with 1 car ahead of you. So slow
