We have a business loan with them, and ever since November of 2020, we do not get our bill in the mail until AFTER the payment is due. Therefore, every month I have to drive 40 minutes out of my way to go to the branch, with no bill, to make a payment so I don't get charged a late fee and negatively effect our credit score. We have about 7 years left on the term of the loan, but I can guarantee you I will pay it off by the end of this year, just so I don't ever have to deal with them again.

These people are the ABSOLUTE WORST!! I decided to change my loan and go through my credit union instead because I got a better interest rate. It’s almost not worth it. I have spent countless hours on hold being bounced from one incompetent person to the next trying to get my ten day payoff and a copy of my title. The Branch transfers me to the 800 number, the 800 number says the branch has to provide this. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. This has been an absolute nightmare.

Candi is wonderful. My father has been using this bank for over 50 yrs. My father is in the end stages of his life. Everyone at this branch has been absolutely wonderful to me. Helping me through the financial process, answering a million questions and never showing anything but kindness to me. They always ask how my father is doing and they always ask how I am and if I need anything, they are their for me. Thank you for your kindness and patience. Penny

I have a loan with this bank and call every couple of weeks to get my payoff balance, as I’m paying extra every pay to pay it off. I generally get good customer service, but today I spoke with a customer service representative named, India, and she was very unprofessional. She presented that their was a bad connection and keep telling me she couldn’t hear me, telling me to move in the room, giving me incorrect information on my last transaction, pretending to type information into the computer. When I asked to speak with her manager she said she needed to know why first. I told her she was rude. She yelled at me and said, why? Because we had a bad connection? I said no because you give poor customer service. She wouldn’t connect me to her manager. I called again and got another service member who said she didn’t record the call in the charting and the would record my complain and call me back. I called near the end of the day and India answered again, I again asked for her manger, she again would not give me her manager. I called again and spoke with another representative and told him the issue who then got the manager. I’m hoping others don’t have to deal with India and her poor work ethic. I will be calling again to get my payoff in a few weeks as usual and I’m hoping she will either have learned a lesson or found new employment that may not involve direct involvement with the public.

The worst drive thru ever. No matter the time or day I come the wait is always ridiculous as they have one woman running all the lanes. Then today I come after coming her MANY times to pay my sewage bill and the woman tells me they don't except cash except I've paid this way EVERY month for over two years. Smh
