Called the pharmacy to see if pills were in. Which they weren't this was the third time that I was told they were on backorder. When I questioned it I was told she doesn't make them in the bathroom. This lady should learn how to talk to the customer.

Can never get anyone on the phone. I have called 21 times today and every time the phone has hung up before it ever reaches w human. Good luck if you need to check on anything urgently.

I stopped to get one thing on the way home from work they did have the Valentines candy l was looking for but there was only 1 cashier and a long line but the worst part was the cashier the customer in front of me has an HSA card to use and when there was an issue the cashier rudely said what is the problem now. The customer just paid for her things and let her coment go but it really botherd me that Walgreens wants that kind of attitude representing them.

They don't take upmc insurance through my employer, only medicaid and other government insurance, and instead of calling rite-aid themselves they made me drive over to have rite-aid call them so my script can be transferred to them. Ridiculous. I will never recommend a place that doesn't take an insurance card that every other place in the country takes.

I ran in this Walgreens on my way home from dinner to pick up heartburn medicine and eyeliner. I was clearly followed around the store and this happened years ago at the same store. It never happens when it’s daylight. I work close to the store and I will not be going back. I do not steal and never have felt like that anywhere else. The guy following me tonight on Jan 31, 2020. You need to do better with profiling.

Years ago a malfunctioning card reader ultimately cost me $123 in overdraft fees at my bank. The shift manager tried to cover up the malfunction. It was a different manager who confirmed the error for me. I haven't done business with Walgreens since then, and hopefully I will never need to.

Terrible experience. Waiting in line person in front of me tried to use points and a bunch of coupons on a purchase but the cashier nor the manager knew how to do it without voiding whole transaction, which was already bagged. So they unbagged all the items to start over and eventually the manager went to another counter and offered to take someone. All my items we already on the counter and my cart put away so I gathered them in my arms to go to other checkout as two people walked in and went straight to him with returns. So I had to wait again with my arms packed with items. No one at the store ever apologized for the inconvenience nor even gave a "sorry" look. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Never again. I will shop at the one in Sharon. Staff there are helpful.
