Pharmacy has improved immensely over the past year. They are very helpful and knowledgeable, still seem like they could use more help.

I officially have severed my hurtful relationship with this abusive pharmacy. This store will close or be gutted soon. The staff are chasing clients away. The only reason anyone still uses this CVS is out of absolute necessity. Both pharmacists are rude not only to patients but my doctor office told me they cause problems for clients on purpose. Nobody needs this sort of hassle right now, yes theyre under staffed, so is my place of business and if I acted like the staff here, all but cassie and her sister would be sent home immediately. If you hate dealing with people then find another job. Stand with the people of Berwyn and stop patronizing this location and let it be known how you were treated. Cassie and her sister are the only nice ppl here. Ive rarely been treated like this as a customer and I will not put up with it. You should all be airline stewardess’s, same infatuation with power and being awful to hard working Americans.

CVS why don’t you update your Pharmacy hours. It’s ridiculous that a little sign was the reason I found out the pharmacy was closed today. You ALL need a better manager because she clearly doesn’t care about her job either. Learn to update your hours and do your job

A well-run pharmacy and OTC drug store. The strip shopping center has plenty of parking, and is next door to a popular local icecream shop (Handles).

Reasonably well stocked with very solid customer service. Hours of operation make this pharmacy very accessible. Food and various other products and sundries make this store convenient when you may run out of something unexpectedly. I would recommend it to a friend.

DO NOT GO HERE. Super disappointed in CVS Pharmacy. Musa was unable to give me my prescription and was rude and no help at all.

Awful... I came here once to get something and then i had to wait inside to get picked up by a friend (it was winter). After about five minutes of just looking around I realized the manager was following me around the store. He had assumed I was shop lifting and was literally following me from aisle to aisle. I was with another friend, so we decided to just leave. He literally followed us to the door. Worst experience ever and I was extremely offended.

Amazing staff yes. We like it well yes. Better than most. Don’t treat ppl like drug addict in pain. Appreciate the kindness. Staff changes though, will ppl continue to be kind? It remains a question....
