I visited Conestoga Collision to assess the condition of a car we were considering purchasing. Francis provided excellent service in evaluating the condition and suggested repairs of the car that was rear-ended more than once. He was courteous and thoroughly examined all possible areas that may have been involved the prior accidents and their repairs. He also made recommendations on those items which needed to be fixed or should be fixed in order to make the car completely road worthy .

Conestoga Collision is so great and easy to work with. They make estimates SO easy by providing with pricing using your pictures before you even have to bring it in. Their body work is great and my car was completely cleaned inside and our prior to pick. Even the payment and key lock out service are easy and convenient. Highly recommend working with them! My first experience with this shop was around 2-3 years ago when a shopping cart hit my car in a parking lot. I recently returned after hitting a deer and unfortunately did not have the same good experience. I needed my bumper to be replaced and the shop had my car for over a week to complete the work. Within 2 days of getting my vehicle (2016 HRV) back, my car would not start even after using two different vehicles to try and jump it. After this, my fiancé called the shop to let them know our issue and see if they could help resolve it. The owner (Max) was extremely unprofessional immediately dismissing our concerns as "not his problem", we are "dead wrong" that it could be from their work, and my vehicle is just "old"- he offered no help whatsoever and continued to speak over my fiancé. We resolved the issue with our local mechanic who advised it was likely from being at their shop, but after that phone call with Max we did not bother reaching back out. I contacted Max to let him know how disappointed I was in his response, especially as a repeat customer. Only after that email where I advised I would share my experience via reviews did Max respond back and try to show some level of customer service. I will never take my vehicle here again and would advise others to do the same. Very poor customer service skills. Once you pay your bill good luck getting any further assistance if needed. Both Francis and Bernadette in the front desk are super helpful, professional and helped me get me going after the short visit to get my front license plate holder on a Tesla Model S removed since we don't need it in Pennsylvania. I purchased my Model 3 in September of 2019 and took impeccable care of it until October of 2021 when I was both sideswiped and collided head on with a deer. When I picked up my car from Connestoga, it felt like stepping back in time to September of 2019 when I picked up the car. The new car smell is there. Everything shines like it just came off the show floor. Even the inside is cleaner than I could have ever kept it. I was astounded at how “new” my two year old car with $20k+ worth of work on it looked felt and drove. Every interaction with their staff showed me a team who was knowledgeable, friendly, supremely courteous, helpful and overall trustworthy. I have dealt with multiple body shops and each one has given me issues, not Connestoga however. Connestoga Collision was recommended to me by a network of Tesla owners as the top tier, diamond level, best service you can get, and that was true throughout all my interactions with them.
