I’ve used Brandywine for over 20 years and have never been dissatisfied with their work. Do yourself a favor and don’t use your insurance company’s recommended repair shop and chose Brandywine if you want your vehicle to look like new. I’m a busy momma who was a tad distracted backing out of my garage. I broke my side mirror and decided that masking tape wasn’t a sustainable approach. Queue Brandywine Coach Works and Dave to my rescue. The newly installed mirror works great. Dave even surprised me with a car wash and vacuum, because my car had “children disaster” written all over it. Whoops! The professionalism from this team is top notch. Can’t say enough about how Dave was so kind and attentive to my concerns and questions. I hope to never find myself in a situation where I would need bodywork, but if it comes to that, I’ll be running back to Brandywine. It’s rare to find such great automotive professionals combined with phenomenal customer service!!

This shop was one listed as a "preferred provider " with my insurance company. The handled the estimate and work. They had my vehicle for a month and a half. I only got one update during that time and that was because I called them. I was given excuses about COVID delays. But when I finally got my vehicle back, the work was very well done. I was recommended to Brandywine from a co-worker who had a great experience at their Exton Branch. I wasn't sure how this branch would be, but hoped they matched the work of their other site. I worked directly with Julian for most of my interaction, and he couldn't of done a better job keeping on top of everything. They accommodated all the requests I had and dealt with the insurance. I only had to get involved when necessary. When I got the car back I was very happy with all the work. The car was put back to the original specs. The trunk was damaged and misaligned, but after the fix, it closes perfectly. Even down to the gapping which is symmetrical all way around. They even blended the paint up on the body so that it matched. I'll keep all my auto body needs with them and recommend them to anyone in the area to go there, or any Brandywine Coach Works branch.
