This pharmacy is garbage. They didn't even bother to fill my dad's prescription which was called in by a nurse yesterday morning. I came in at 7pm and they hadn't even touched it. They actually claimed to have no idea what I was talking about and I had to call the nurse back who called them and she recognized the pharmacist's voice as the person she gave the prescription to. She told him she remembered him and told him personally of the prescription. He just didn't bother. Then today I called it in hours ago and they said most of them still weren't ready. Keep in mind these are life or death medications for my dad with dementia. They're incompetent and rude. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Edited to note they have given me someone else's medicine before. Also edited to note I can almost never go without an issue. They're supposed to automatically refill my medicine, and I go in when I'm out and it's not ready. And they say "oh I don't know why it's on hold. We'll fill it now" and I'll opt to wait because I need it. And it will take an hour even though I'm literally sitting right there and the store is empty.

Beware of the pharmacy. First off, I was never notified when I had no refills left on a prescription. After jumping thru hoops to get it refilled by my doctor, I was given the wrong type of medicine by the pharmacist - this is the 2nd time this has happened. When I asked the pharmacy assistant (don’t know her name - but she was younger, long brown hair, glasses, working around 7pm on 9/29) I got an EXTREMELY rude answer with her saying there was nothing she could do and I was gonna have to call my doctor because they must have sent the wrong prescription (keep in mind, the first time this mistake happened the pharmacy fixed it for me immediately). Had to wait until this morning to call my dr, only to confirm that they did not send the wrong prescription, they sent the same one I’ve had for years. So I call the pharmacy and get a more helpful answer as the man tells me I can just bring the wrong one back and they’ll switch it out for me. THEN I get a text about an hour later saying I can’t get the correct one filled until 11/30. I call CVS once again and get a very helpful man that tells me it’s probably an issue with my insurance covering it since they already technically filled the wrong prescription. He tells me to bring it back and he’ll give me the correct one. FIGURE YOUR SYSTEM OUT. There’s no reason people should be getting the wrong prescription!

As to Covid-19 the indoor portion of the store seemed clean. Organization could be improved. The signs outside needed to be dusted and the parking lot area was a bit of a mess. The pharmacists were helpful as well as the other employees.

I bought a hair gel that didnt work (cvs brand level 10 max hold). It was a epic fail. Held none of my hair in place. Product aside. Paul the manager made it easy to swap for a brand not cvs. Easy exchange. Thank you Paul. I hope cvs knows what a asset you r to the company. Thank you for ur service. I appr it sir!!!

Pharmacy is constantly delayed. Order my prescription at noon, says prescription will be available at 4pm at the latest. Show up at 6pm same day and it's "another 15 minutes". Literally call any other CVS pharmacy around and they'll have their prescription filled within 5 minutes. Don't bother with this location.
