Best cosmetics store in Cleveland, Ohio (OH) 2024

This pharmacy is garbage. They didn't even bother to fill my dad's prescription which was called in by a nurse yesterday morning. I came in at 7pm and they hadn't even touched it. They actually claimed to have no idea what I was talking about and I had to call the nurse back who called them and she recognized the pharmacist's voice as the person she gave the prescription to. She told him she remembered him and told him personally of the prescription. He just didn't bother. Then today I called it in hours ago and they said most of them still weren't ready. Keep in mind these are life or death medications for my dad with dementia. They're incompetent and rude. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Edited to note they have given me someone else's medicine before. Also edited to note I can almost never go without an issue. They're supposed to automatically refill my medicine, and I go in when I'm out and it's not ready. And they say "oh I don't know why it's on hold. We'll fill it now" and I'll opt to wait because I need it. And it will take an hour even though I'm literally sitting right there and the store is empty. ~Megan

I have been coming to this Walgreens for over 20 years and I have zero complaints. Juan, a store manager here, always has a smile on his face and is extremely kind and helpful. I LOVE my Walgreens. I only shop at this one. I know where anything is in this store, and I just love it. Juan makes it 1000× more pleasurable now, but no one could pay me to shop at CVS instead. I save SO much money here you just have to know how to shop and earn and use your rewards. It's fun to shop strategically to earn your points. Lol just wanted to give a shout out to them because they deserve it. Thank you for always keeping a smile on my face when I leave your store. ~Jennifer

It’s not like anybody should have high expectations for a Cleveland CVS, but you really shouldn’t schedule any pickups or appointments at this one if you can help it. It’s my home store and they’re generally friendly but I already know I should *always* budget an extra hour or so for anything other than grabbing a Gatorade- photos, scrips, vacc etc. due to malfunctioning equipment and short staffing. ~Madison
