My father has gone to this pharmacy for years, his new insurance covers his prescription it just requires prior authorization, I was told by the insurance company CVS just needs to call and request it. Instead they told my father it’s not covered by his insurance and every month they’ve changed him $113.00 instead the $8.50 they should be charging him. I called corporate and complained, they never responded either. I can only wonder how many more elder people CVS is ripping off?

It’s 8:19 the store is not open and the shutters are half up. If they can’t open at 8am why is that their store hours? Now I have to go find another place to grab allergy medicine on my way to work.

Waited in line for a COVID test. Showed up 5 minutes early and wasn’t seen until 40 minutes after my appointment time. Then they said they weren’t going to see me because I missed my appointment time, even though they were the ones that caused the problem

THEY ARE NEVER ACCURATE WITH FILL Time. ALWAYS A 24 hr wait on prescription placed by doc or by self. They will tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time and you will go to the CVS and your prescription will not be filled at the time stated the best route to go is to call if you place a prescription before you go to CVS 8000 EUCLID AVE because your prescription will not be filled at the time that they say it will be filled. This has happened to me three times every time I get my prescription filled there is always a 24 hour wait so if you don’t want to wait 24Ihrs you need your script right away I suggest you place your prescription at another pharmacy because their pharmacy is very slow

Everyone here is always helpful but during my last visit, just ran in to pickup some medication & on my way out, I heard & witnessed an argument between two employees in the front of the store, with customers on line. It wasn't pleasant & overall, was highly unprofessional. We, the customers, should not ever hear or see a disagreement between employees. Once we leave & out of earshot, that's different but to air your dirty laundry in front of us, it's just down right rude. Hopefully, my next visit will be more calm & pleasant.

They are backed up from here to infinity. Do not put a script that you really need in here you may not get it this year!!!!! On the first visit they couldn’t find me in the computer, I assured them to keep trying, they told me to try another pharmacy, when this is the one I’ve had for years once she found it something ordered by my doctor weeks ago, she told me to come back tomorrow, and then on that day for me to come back on the next day, and the next day and the next day…. Still wait. Are used to be a matter of the extreme rude text that made me shiver. It’s close proximity to work is no longer worth the constant drama, loud talking of the text, it is a full-blown ridiculous party in this place. Posting this definitely means I may not get my script until next year LOL

Online CVS website said they have covid testing. We booked the appointment which took + 20 mins. The day of, when my mother wnet there, they said it is a mistake and they dont have testing there any more!!! and the staff was rude and not helpful. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention they didnt even help us find another location that has covid testing

Prescription for an antibiotic treatment for an acute respiratory infection was called in by the physician at 1PM. Told by pharmacist that they are understaffed and backed up for days. Told us that the prescription wouldn't be ready for two days. Unacceptably poor service with no intention to remedy the situation.

The staff is very ghetto and they will leave you on hold for 2 hours if they can. However they do not help you out at all the female employees have very mean attitudes they are rude and I will never shop here again. I don’t feel comfortable and will not refer anyone to ever come here!
