Very clean and organized store but the customer service is horrible!

If I could give no stars I would!! This particular location is always disorganized. Lines are always long. Shelves are half empty. Floors are always filthy. Today I went at 330pm and the lights were on but the doors were locked! Several customers were outside knocking on the doors and no one came to let us in!!! I’m done!

Store looks great. It's been great with the manager lady. She very nice stands at the door greet us as we enter ask can she help with anything. Everyone there is very helpful love the new crew.

I honestly believe that this store needs new management. Anytime I go in this location on Mayfield Rd in South Euclid, I notice how filthy it is. The floors are visibly filthy and it is impossible to not notice. Also, there are always lots of boxes laying around throughout the aisles. Many of the shelves are empty or half empty. Someone from corporate office s needs to make an unexpected visit and I promise he is she will not like what they see.

Used to be a nice Dollar General. Awhile ago, I gave 4 stars. Employees used to be friendly and place use to be organized. New employees have an attitude, handle your items roughly & do not greet or thank you. Place is absolutely filthy and of disarray. What a difference, from a year ago. Can't believe management or ownership doesn't inspect, ...especially in the evening hours.

This is one of the dirtiest, disorganized, cluttered filled, weed smelling DG's one the eastside. It should be closed down and the store manager fired! Don't believe check out these recent photos. The DG on Northfield puts this one to shame. Store clerks rude, loud playing offensive music and expect you to put the baskets away for them. Smh

The store is decent overall. I just feel that it’s always a bit of a mess every time I’ve been there. And I have found items past their expiration on the shelves more than once. I just feel they need better quality control in the store.

Staff members should be more aware of what it is that they have on their shelves.. I was told they didn't carry a bathroom cleaner by an assistant manager. After search I found it on the top shelf in the cleaning aisle of course!
