It’s not like anybody should have high expectations for a Cleveland CVS, but you really shouldn’t schedule any pickups or appointments at this one if you can help it. It’s my home store and they’re generally friendly but I already know I should *always* budget an extra hour or so for anything other than grabbing a Gatorade- photos, scrips, vacc etc. due to malfunctioning equipment and short staffing.

I needed a dose of MMR which they didn't have. Store manager called me the next day to inform they could order it for me. The day after that, I got the vaccine. All the employees I interacted with were very helpful, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Pharmacy staff needs to be more vocal with customers. Appropriate acknowledgement like, "Hello Ill be right with you." For example.

Prescriptions are always called in days prior to me going to pick them up. But they are still hardly ever ready. I think they need more staff because there's always a long line and even longer wait times.

Unprofessional, not motivated, never or rarely answers the phone, does not seem to know or do their jobs.( and don’t seem interested to learn their jobs). Don’t waste your time going here if, your time is important. In fact, I suggest you Avoid all if not most of , cvs pharmacy period. You should only go or deal with this company, as a, last resort.

Got an appointment for COVID-19 testing showed up early and was told they had technical issues and to come back in 3 hours, as they would be testing till 9pm "if needed". Came back in three hours and was told "everyone here has an appointment for a reason, yours was 3 hours ago, you're just blocking the drive in". They didn't offer to reschedule or extend testing past the last online appointment at 4pm. Didnt get any sort of my chart notification either. Needed the test to travel, decided to get it done elsewhere

Worst pharmacy in the state period Waited in the drive thru and still waiting to pick up my father’s medication.. I advised everyone to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy like giant Eagle where your time is not wasted

Rude and unprofessional staff members... Especially in the pharmacy. Customer service is still important ‼ Lauren especially was rude. I get a text when my prescriptions are ready. She was aggravated about something or other, but, the attitude wasn't called for. I walked in and another guest had the same problem. She kept saying my prescription wasn't ready, but, I KNOW IT WAS! THE OTHER TECH HAD TO MAKE HER GET MY PRESCRIPTION. THIS IS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. PLEASE GET NEW STAFF, I THINK THEY'RE TIRED!

This is a very busy location that includes a drive-up pharmacy pickup. it is in an upscale neighborhood with impatient and demanding customers. The pharmacy staff is dependable and courteous given the volume and clientele. Seems to lack much customer support otherwise. Since January 2018 I've had to wait 3-times for 2-7 days for "out of stock" medications, and refrigeration/freezer cases were "out of order" for over 4-months, October 2017-February 2018.

It is a big pharmacy with capabilities to cater a high patient load. I had to wait for 40 min to pickup a prescription which was sent from an another state. The pharmacist didn’t explain why it took that much time to see the prescription. They are not rude but not that helpful either. It feels like that are overburdened with work for some reason.
