Best bank in Hermitage, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Worst bank to go through for a vehicle loan. When the loan is paid in full and even after the vehicle is paid in full and address change submitted it is difficult to get the title. Title sent to wrong address and after 3 weeks the bank said there was nothing that could be done but wait. Do NOT deal with them....not one person that answers the phone was able to correctly transfer a call and all of them sound like they hate their jobs!!! ~Nickol

We have a business loan with them, and ever since November of 2020, we do not get our bill in the mail until AFTER the payment is due. Therefore, every month I have to drive 40 minutes out of my way to go to the branch, with no bill, to make a payment so I don't get charged a late fee and negatively effect our credit score. We have about 7 years left on the term of the loan, but I can guarantee you I will pay it off by the end of this year, just so I don't ever have to deal with them again. ~Shannon
