I needed to pick up a very important piece of machinery that was overnighted to us. Getting there first thing in the morning to get the operation moving again was critical. The UPS staff was superb to deal with, again as always.

My package is sitting at the location and wasn’t taken out by the driver because it’s due the next day which was already a week late due to the shipper. I go to pick it up with a 30 minute drive and see hours of 8am-11am and 3pm-6pm. What business is open these hours.

I missed a very important package and made the mistake of not calling to put it on hold. I showed up at the customer center even though they were closed they were kind enough to let me in and find my package for me! I could not be anymore grateful for their hard work and willingness to help a customer out! They went above and beyond for me simply out of kindness when they did not have to - they could of told me to wait for the business day. It truly means everything! Thank you UPS employees so very much!!

Every time I’ve had anything shipped through UPS, the driver does not attempt to deliver the package. Instead leaves a note (without even knocking on my door) that he will be dropping it off at a ups access point the following day. All the while I have been waiting for my package readily at home. FedEx and Amazon never have any issue delivering to me. It’s only UPS that doesn’t even attempt to knock. It’s very frustrating, especially when I’m paying express shipping.
