They’ve had my package for about a week and no type of communication was sent about it. The system wouldn’t allow me to reschedule for delivery and I had to find out from calling around where it was at. I will not use USPS again.

Every time I get a package shipped by usps I never get it!!! Or I get it dead. Being a business owner it is super important that ppl get what they pay for! Usps is a joke never use them if you want things done right

Been waiting on medicine that was supposed to be delivered by priority mail on Tuesday the 8th, it is now Saturday the 12th and after multiple attempts to locate the package, was finally told today that our postal carrier is now off today and there's nothing they can do until Monday. Worst experience with mail I've ever had. And this is medicine my wife needs to be healthy..

Too bad I can’t give less than one. I had three packages coming from the same place, one got delivered, one is in some lala land, and one said no such address. No clue where this mdse is. Still waiting on a pkg from an order last Christmas that is still lost somewhere and never delivered. Where is their dumping ground?

Worst experience ever. Took my daughters there last Thursday for passport applications. Showed up 10 mins before our appt...wasn’t acknowledged. Another couple showed up and said they had a 12:30 appt...they were 30 mins late at this point. They took them first. Then when it came out turn the man behind the counter...Tim..kept mentioning how he doesn’t get a lunch. After being there for an hour it was Finally our turn. At this point Tim was frazzled. Packaged our applications incorrectly. Had to tear open the envelope because he put the wrong paper inside. When I asked multiple times if everything was ok he said “yeah yeah you can leave”. I verified the tracking number...we paid for express overnight shipping...and left. Now a week later and not only has our applications not been delivered and the tracking information has not been updated... but I received an email saying our package can not be located. This is a package containing my children’s photos...social numbers..and original birth certificates...not to mention 2 checks with our banking information. I called the post office and the response is a joke! I insisted on speaking with a manager or a post master because we need some sort of resolution not to mention a refund for the expedited shipping we paid for. I was told the info would be passed along to a supervisor and they would get back to me but wouldn’t give me a time frame to expect that call and as for the refund they said they wouldn’t give a refund until the package was delivered!!! How is that supposed to happen with a lost package!!! This place is an unorganized mess!!! I should have trusted my gut and never trusted Tim to handle our package in the correct manor. Now I’m a stress basket and have no idea what route to take next.

Worst experience ever. Every time I get a package delivered from this office, there's always a problem. Amazon said it would be delivered today, but it never said it was out for delivery. Drove to the post office, and they said "It's either in the back on a pallet, or out for delivery, and if it's on a pallet, I can't get to it. My tax money goes to this? A post office that doesn't even know where their own packages are? Another excuse he used was, "We have a new postmaster, and he doesn't allow overtime". How is that my problem? Oh, apparently I can't give 0 stars, so just pretend this is a 0 star review

Nice workers here, I've dropped off packages a few times recently and always had good service. Much better than Whipple. I also appreciate their hours, open late and on Saturdays. Good job, USPS!

Let me just start by saying that the location and parking lot layout of this Post Office were very poorly decided upon. I moved to the Canton area in early November of 2018, and the date in which I first went to the Post Office to have my issue resolved was 11/17/2018. As of yesterday, I had finally had my issue resolved. Very slow and careless assistance. Not only did I have to call several times and actually go to the Post Office on three separate occasions before getting my issue resolved, but one of the times that I was talking on the phone to a supervisor in hopes of making progress, she actually laughed at me while I was explaining my initial problem. Not until I got my property manager involved, did I reach a solution. In the part of Plain Township that I reside, we have cluster boxes which house about fifteen or twenty different mail slots. When I received my key from the Post Office, they told me I was door number three; however, the cluster boxes are poorly positioned and labeled. As far as I know, there are seven different cluster boxes in my community, could even be more. I am just honestly disgusted with my experience and customer service at this Post Office. Much improvement needed!

A few employees are pretty good, but the majority of them have attitudes and are extremely slow. I had an issue with an overnight delivery and was left standing at the end of the counter for 55 minutes while they repeatedly paged a manager, who then disappeared for 15 minutes at a time, "checking" on my package. USELESS.
