Best logistics service in Canton, Ohio (OH) 2024

We have had to call the local branch of our post office twice recently due to packages showing up as undeliverable at our address. Both times, the gentleman who answered the phone was so pleasant, understanding and helpful. Mistakes happen and deliveries get delayed, especially around the holidays. I genuinely appreciate the kindness and attention we receive each time we call this branch. ~Chellsea

They’ve had my package for about a week and no type of communication was sent about it. The system wouldn’t allow me to reschedule for delivery and I had to find out from calling around where it was at. I will not use USPS again. ~Brian
