Have had NUMEROUS packages go missing. Every other place has the tracking number say that it reached this post office but when checking with their tracking it states it never did. Also, packages have been obviously opened and the contents have been changed out.

My expensive international package was not delivered because the carrier "didn't recognize my name" as living at the residence... So, usps is simply allowed to not deliver a package because I have a foreign name. Now I have no idea where my package is and will probably lose hundreds of dollars and months of waiting. Westlake is a very terrible post office, and it seems like Cleveland in general has terrible post operations. I'm tempted to take them to small claims court.

The mail lady that goes to Remington Apartments should be fired ASAP. She will not give you your mail if your name is not on box "properly". Office has to do it anyway. So many people including workers that live here complain constantly. She is extremely rude! Usually, during holidays a lot of good mail men/wemon get gifts in mailboxs. I want put the biggest peice of coal in there for her. Wish I was in a diff city for my mail. And wish it was Xmas. Or a better gift would be another person delivering mail. Herd she was a supervisor too, how?

As far as post offices go, this is probably one of the friendliest and least overcrowded branches I've been to. I absolutely love the 24 hour self service machine and package drop off!

I had a excellent experience today with the front counter lady's. Especially the one on the far right. My companion and I came in to renew our passports and the passport area was closed. But the front counter was able to help us. The gal was very friendly and professional. She even went to the back and got me a piece of candy for me because my blood sugar was spiking. That was very kind. My only issue is that I tried several times to call her supervisor to compliment her but only get a machine that wants to give me every option to send me everywhere but to the supervisor. I'm sorry ladies I couldn't get you boss, but as far as I'm concerned, you rock!

Customer service is pretty good at this location. Had to talk to the post master once about a lost package, and he was very professional. customer service behind the desk has also improved over the years. A do it yourself stamp kiosk is also right inside the front door and easy to use.

I have had terrible experiences with the Westlake postal service workers, seen a worker throwing peoples delicate packages all the way across their driveways. She was removed and replaced with someone who just gave us our neighbors mail and we still have yet to get out mail today. Big fat 0 stars for this horrific service

The workers were pleasant enough and made dropping off my packages a breeze. The post office is relatively large inside, so it is possible to find yourself a bit confused. The left side entrance is the common services section (the service window is all the way at the back). In the center are a series of PO boxes for rent. The right hand entrance is the business services center.

I had the most nasty experience in my life this morning. I will never go back. I was picking up two parcels and the clerk was rude and told me they were not there. I checked via tracking number that the parcels were at this site. I told her that and she was reluctant to go look. She came back with the two parcels and told me they were fraud. I did not understand at all. I asked for a refund since they were not mailed. She repeated that they were fraud. I asked to speak to the Manager. At this point the clerk told me there was nothing she could do to help me. The manager appeared but the two clerks told him it was all taken care of. He went back in without even talking to me. I was upset at the time and requested to talk to the manager. One clerk went in, then came out saying that the only thing they could do was to apply the postage to remailing the parcels again. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I am in the restaurant business myself and customer service is important. Not only did the clerk tell a lie by saying the my parcels were not there, she was very short and rude to me. The customer in front of me was treated differently. I am writing this because I went into the post office with the idea that I was going to be helped. Not only were the clerks unhelpful, their attitude was really rough and scornful. I felt as if they threw the parcels back at me and brushed me off. It was a disastrous experience for me.
