Well I don't like their no fault accident policy, or their unlimited miles but everything else was straight forward. Expensive. I never got my deposit back and I never received a reciept.

I was sent here by Serpentini Chevy to get a rental while my car was waiting on parts. Mike was the only one in the office today and he was running things like a well-oiled machine. After returning from dropping off another customer (which he noted with a sign and contact info) he got through the three person line within 15 minutes. The car I received is clean, recent, and fully functional.

He asked for my bank statement and work ID to use my corporate discount which no one has EVER DONE at any Enterprise location. I couldn’t imagine he would ask all these questions if I were white. Did not have the vehicle I reserved over a week in advance. Now I am forced to sit here and wait until they bring a vehicle from another location. Been here for over an hour and am now late to my destination. Never again will rent from here while he is employed.
