I would have happily waited on the Pharmacy Tech to get off the phone than to be helped by the redheaded rude arrogant Pharmacist. I simply asked how long it would take so I could decide whether to wait or come back later and she raised her voice at me and said YOURE NOT THE ONLY PATIENT THERES OTHER WORK WE HAVE TO DO FIRST... I'm not sure if shes overworked or having personal life issues.. either way I really dont care. A complete stranger doesn't deserve your aggression.

I normally love Kroger Pharmacy...but I used to go to the Friendswood location. Here at this location by my new home, my experience has been nothing short of awful. I just left the hospital & came to pick up my prescription. The girl that waited on me was so incredibly rude & short with me. If she hates her job that much, she definitely shouldn't be working with the public. She had her name tag turned so that you couldnt read it...but she had on a brown turban. Avoid her if you go to this location!! I'd rather drive to Friendswood than deal with these people.

I'm sorry if anyone has had a poor experience here because I live the staff and the service. I'd prefer to drive from Hitchcock, rather than going to the local Walgreens because Krogers Pharmacy has great service, they're personable, and always smiling. I've been going to them for at least 13 years!

Great location also good friendly pharmacy . Highly recommend for all shopping needs. They will even order what ever is not in stock.
