Great access to get in and out easily. Redbox outside. Greeted when I walked in the door. Did not use pharmacy today. Store clean and organized, staff friendly.

The new store manager is TERRIBLE! I asked to speak with him about a small matter I had and introduce myself as a regular customer and he never came out of his hiding spot. Never even responded to the lady that was requesting him for me. I came back a different day about 2 weeks later and I saw how he was talking to one of the cashiers and I know a man with a power trip when I see one! He seems like the kind of guy that will smile in your face and then stab you in the back, not a friendly neighborhood type. I told the cashier he was doing great and I lost interest in introducing myself. Hopefully he wont last long there or he will run off a lot of customers and I'm sure the entire team there. I never see him with customers like the last nice lady. He is lucky the team there is amazing!

Do NOT fill your prescriptions here. I filled 2 of mine online 3 days before my refill date was up. I get a email confirming the time and store location to pick them up which was this location. Instead they are filled at another store in Austin that I used over 5 years ago. I alert them of the issue and they say ok we'll fix it. A day later still no word about my order. Call the following day and they say they can't fill them because the refill date has passed and that I would need a new script. So I get to make a doctor's visit because they can't seem to use their own software system. I'll take my prescriptions to some professionals next time. Avoid the pharmacy here, save yourself the trouble.

Allene, Freida, and Elizabeth are the most kind even under pressure. I have been coming this pharmacy for 9 years. These ladies keep the pharmacy running and keep me as a customer for their attention to detail and flawless customer service. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Please be kind to them for they have a tremendously stressful job, even though it doesn't seem that way. Thank you Walgreens.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND ALL THINGS HOLY - DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE. I love the ladies they are so polite and caring but they consistently "lose/don't receive all of/part of" my family's prescriptions. So much so that I now request the Dr to print an RX as well as proof. 5 different doctor's offices, on multiple occasions. Not to mention they've only 1 lane for the drive thru, or that they don't stock certain antibiotics (but if I could notify them in an advance that my child will need this strong antibiotic for his ear infection they could request it - yes that was actually said by the pharmacist), or the time I waited in line 45 at the drive thru window with 20 minutes of that before being addressed...then to be told (you guessed it!) they never received the RX. No more, I'm done dealing with this insufficient location for Rx.

One star is too much. I don't understand why the pharmacy and the insurance companies don't work together like they should. The Walgreens pharmacist tells me one thing, then I call the insurance company and get told something completely different. It's a mess every single time I come here. One word of advice if you ever find yourself on the phone with the pharmacist, make sure anyone in the background of your phone call doesn't say any swear words. Otherwise the pharmacist WILL take it personally, even tho that person in the background is watching TV and not paying one bit of attention to your phone call. Be prepared for a lecture like you're an unruly child. I hate coming here but unfortunately the heath insurance is a racket and forces me to.

The pharmacy here is great. The entire staff is great. Elizabeth is usually there and she is always so helpful and friendly. She knows who I am as soon as I get to the window. She knows about savings coupons for the drug companies and tries to save me money whenever possible. This store is out of my way now, but it's worth it for the service and care I receive.
