I think this store is good if you can appreciate it for what it is. This one is in an older building and you can definitely tell inside and out. The inventory, especially on perishable items like food and pet food isn't going to be consistent and you will find a lot of variety. You also need to compare the prices as it can sometimes be more expensive than other retail stores in the area. The furniture isn't bad but likewise, compare when shopping as you might find a better deal elsewhere. I like the product selections when I go though and overall it isn't a bad store.

Bought a BIG pool today was a really good price and about the only place in town with one. Have also used their progressive leasing in the past it's a great deal if you pay it off in less than 6 months it's super affordable.

I went to this store on 6/3/22. I bought a pair of cargo pants. I traveled back home to Texas and realized they did not remove the security tag. Very frustrating. I brought them to my store with receipt and a sweet woman ned Alexandria (Bmt, TX location) removed it and apologized. Another thing I noticed was that when I walked through the door the alarm went off and when I placed bag on counter by the scanning toolit beeped. Apparently the store in Jonesboro, AR doesn't have a alarm system to avoid theft. Walked through their door and no alarm went off. I feel foolish for even thinking that their customer service and competency was trust worthy. I'm sure sure they're being robbed blind. Time stamp 6/3/22 at 2:46pm C1885647 store #1261

We left at 7:50PM tonight, got there at 8:20, and they were closed!! We could have had 20-30 minutes to browse but they closed over 30 minutes early. If your gonna close that early, change your hours. Complete waste of time. By the time we had went to Walmart, walked around for a bit, it was 9:05. We could have been walking around Big Lots instead.

Most prices are pretty reasonable. You need to sign up on their rewards program, its free and you can get even more discounts. The more you go there and buy things they will send you 20% discounts on things you buy there. They send it to you on your phone. The employees are very nice and will help you find the things you're looking for

Love Big Lots!!! This location was easy to access from the highway and parking lot. Great selections of everything. Only complaint would be that several items failed to have prices, and we would've likely purchased more on this trip if we knew what some prices were. Nice kid in the furniture section did ask us if we needed help. Cashier scanned my 20% coupon, and we asked if we could also use our military discount and she added our military discount, but when we got home our military discount was on the ticket, but not our 20%.
