UPS Customer Center
I had a letter type package that was to be overnight. The sender did not put my home house address on the package. I called gave them and UPS the address correction and the change was confirmed. The representative said it would be delivered the next day. A Friday. I looked at my account. The status still had not changed. It Was NOT delivered on Friday. I called on Friday morning and was told I had to keep checking on the status. The distribution center is closed on Saturday and Sunday so that means maybe Monday. USPS would have delivered it on Saturday. FedEx would send it 7 days a week. I can't believe with all the modern technology it could not have been expedited to be delivered on Friday. Very disappointed with the service. Though the address was not correct by the sender when given the information your system should be more customer service friendly. The representatives were helpful to a limited degree. I should have not been told I would have it on Friday. In the future, I will always choose FedEx when given a choice. The delivery driver that usually delivers here is always very friendly. Too bad the system of this company is not customer friendly. ~Melissa
Rusco Packaging
Super nice place. I was unloaded very quickly and it was an easy place to get in and out of. However, the GPS has Russo Packaging and as a different building. It is just a building east of where the GPS took me. I had to call, the other place doesnβt have any signs up or anything. ~Kenneth
Safe Ship
Wish I could give a 0! Worst customer service I have ever seen in a Safe Ship! Have used for years and spent no telling how much money with them and now they refuse to take my ebay packages! The older gentleman that works there was VERY rude and disrespectful in front of my kids! I dont know why they call there self a Shipping store! Will NEVER go back and strongly recommend NOBODY else too!! ππππππ ~Adam

Big Lots
I think this store is good if you can appreciate it for what it is. This one is in an older building and you can definitely tell inside and out. The inventory, especially on perishable items like food and pet food isn't going to be consistent and you will find a lot of variety. You also need to compare the prices as it can sometimes be more expensive than other retail stores in the area. The furniture isn't bad but likewise, compare when shopping as you might find a better deal elsewhere. I like the product selections when I go though and overall it isn't a bad store. ~Jackie

Verizon
The younger workers was nice and willing to help. But the older staff members just blew me off. I did get my issue partially fixed a few bad apples is all it takes to ruin your experience. AT&T had me hooked up before I left Verizon parking lot. Oscar is definitely the man to call for a phone. ~Jason

My son loves LMA. Coach Krystin and her staff do an excellent job in the Little Dragons Class. They're patient, well organized, and know how to hold the little kids attention. I highly recommend them. ~Scott
Ultimate Air Trampoline Park
Always a blast at Ultimate Air in Jonesboro. My son is a huge fan. Today he had a field trip there and they all seemed to have a wonderful time. The staff is great and friendly. Tons of fun activities. Great activity for exercise to get the kids away from gaming and TV. ~Meredith
