I love going to this pharmacy, because of the employees there. The technicians are so helpful. Morgan, Tracey and April go above and beyond normal when non-standard situations come up. They are hard working people who always have a smile and a greeting for me. They treat people like customers should be treated and do not consider them interruptions in their workday. Yesterday, I was rushing around town at 5:50pm trying to make it to Maxx Nutrition before closing time at 6:00pm. I pulled into the parking lot at 6:00pm on the dot and saw the man locking the door to shut down for the day. It was a Monday, I’m sure he was ready to go home like the rest of us. He looked up, waved me on inside and unlocked the door. I jumped out of the truck and went in. I had a couple of questions, because I wasn’t completely sure what I needed at first. He took his time, answered every one and gave his opinions and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and just the right person for all my questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5 star customer experience and satisfaction if there ever was such a thing. He gained a loyal customer right then and there! ~Franklin
