There are no shipping supplies. They will not accept a bagged item, even though that's how it arrived. Their website is extremely misleading and inaccurate as they do not offer any services except BOXED drop off.

Got a very important check overnighted, the delivery driver threw it on my porch in a puddle of water instead of putting it in my mailbox(it was small enough to fit).

I had a letter type package that was to be overnight. The sender did not put my home house address on the package. I called gave them and UPS the address correction and the change was confirmed. The representative said it would be delivered the next day. A Friday. I looked at my account. The status still had not changed. It Was NOT delivered on Friday. I called on Friday morning and was told I had to keep checking on the status. The distribution center is closed on Saturday and Sunday so that means maybe Monday. USPS would have delivered it on Saturday. FedEx would send it 7 days a week. I can't believe with all the modern technology it could not have been expedited to be delivered on Friday. Very disappointed with the service. Though the address was not correct by the sender when given the information your system should be more customer service friendly. The representatives were helpful to a limited degree. I should have not been told I would have it on Friday. In the future, I will always choose FedEx when given a choice. The delivery driver that usually delivers here is always very friendly. Too bad the system of this company is not customer friendly.

Would never use ups ever again. Had chemo shipped one day service from pharmacy and we are now on day 4 and told will have to wait 2 more days. Customer service has been no help. Automation service a disaster!

Closed again on Friday. My package travels 1050 miles in exactly 52 hours and 29 minutes only to sit in Jonesborpo, AR 20.9 miles from my home for 51 hours. Fedex delivers 7 days a week and these clowns can't even work 5. I have wasted my last dollar on UPS.

We love our UPS Delivery Man. He is reliable and personable. We have mailed and received many items through UPS. We have always been satisfied with their service.

Been searching for packages for 5 days , company ordered from said UPS contacted them and I requested they be left at facility for pick up(lies) I get there to pick up , it’s 238 pm, employee says we don’t open til 3... ok 310 she decides to wait on me.... takes me to warehouse and says there your packages are!!! You can haul them they the warehouse and load in your vehicle or I can send them back if you don’t want to load them.... PATHETIC!!!

What an absolutely horrible, incompetent service. I ordered an Amazon 2 day shipping item 6 days ago. You literally had the item in Jonesboro OUT FOR DELIVERY 3 days!!!! You couldn't get it 2 miles to my house in 3 separate attempts. Now because your useless service doesn't deliver packages in Saturdays unless some dunce pays you exhorbant prices, I have to wait until Monday, more than a week past my order date. Pathetic.

Clerk was very professional and polite. Helped me find my package and apologized for the problem caused by the delivery driver. She was working literally at a run to help customers as it was 32 degrees outside and with their respect for social distancing (greatly appreciated) some customers were in line out in the cold.

We had to wait till that older lady with glasses was done talking bad about her coworker with a costumer in front of us,while we were holding our big and heavy package. Then when it was finally our turn,she told us they don't have a printer,to print out the label for Amazon returns. I asked her which Ups haves it and she said she doesn't know,she doesn't even know which one is open cause of covid... Remind you,this is a small town and yet that lady couldn't help us at all with that question or anything else. We left without any helpful information. Obviously this Lady wasn't working there to help costumers,I guess she prefers more the chat about other employees. Wouldn't recommend this place.
