When my wife went in with my two boys she had hunt down someone to check them in. When I got there the guy behind the desk was too worried about his phone to really pay attention to us. Floor was sticky. This place has really gone down hill in the last year or so.

We love it there, but it is really starting to show it's age. Pads falling apart and being held together with duct tape the insulation falling from the ceiling is scary. We will probably be back but we would love to see it fixed

Always a blast at Ultimate Air in Jonesboro. My son is a huge fan. Today he had a field trip there and they all seemed to have a wonderful time. The staff is great and friendly. Tons of fun activities. Great activity for exercise to get the kids away from gaming and TV.

We have been several times over the years and have had a few birthday parties for our children. Our children have always loved it. However, we took our 3 children this past week and have decided to not return again. 1) so many people allowed on floor that there was no way to enjoy themselves. Our 3 year was hurt due to big kids jumping on the trampoline next to him and the excessive number of people on the playing fields. 2) the place was filthy, EVERYWHERE!! 3) no where for adults to even sit because there was soooo many people there. 4) this is the main reason we will not be returning!!! The music that was being played in a family friendly, Children’s play area was appalling. The music was filled with explicits! Every other word was cussing and filthy language. I am shocked that you would play something like that with children and families being your clientele. We went on Wednesday night and paid the $20 for 4 hours of jump and left in less than an hour.

Fun place for kids! They even have toddler time which is great for parents that are hesitant with letting their littles jump with bigger children. Definitely will be going back !

Liked the place but when we checked out they charged me an extra $50 because we didn't get up and move away from the "party table"! When...no one told me that was how it worked! They Saud ifb...if... n so called to confirm...well they told you! I explained they only called and confirmed Forsythe evening, DID NOT explain that! Also....it was past time of normal jumping and there weren't that many people in there! When the girl gave me our ticket she didn't say we had to get up from the table! There are games there, kids continued to play them once they couldn't jump (time was up) I understood the jump time bit seriously....sitting at the table....all the while the kids were spending more money while we were sitting there, had we left....they wouldn't have done that! Not happy about extra $50 for that reason!

Very queen and well run place. I’m not a big fan of trampoline parks, because if you do the research, they are actually not regulated very well and are prone to serious injuries. So if you do take your kids I would really recommend may be researching how to keep them safe here, and monitoring them closely. But the kids do enjoy it, and the employees here very nice

kids love it. Been twice this year. As u can see there is places for you to set while your kids play if you don't jump. You can't wear your on socks you have to buy sum from them. Few video games. Is a little pricey for my blood to go vary often. But like I said the kids love and it wrars them down.. lol.
