Horrible! Store opens at 8am, I am here waiting for over 20mins. Workers have arrived and there is no manager on site. This is not great customer service or experience. I am not convinced this is an one time thing, because the employees have no clue where their boss is. What a place.

The two stars is for the information provided via the sms service informing of prescriptions available. The service provided inside the store has been more than frustrating. Since being forced to use this store by my benefits I have nothing but issues. Anyone I send to pick up medication has to have my fsa card because they can't seem to be to able to save the card in the system. So multiple trips are made to the store when over the phone they say one thing and in the store they say another. Very disappointing for a new location.

Store is out of order. Prices marked for Sunday when it's still Saturday 🤔then you won't be honored price the item is currently marked at. Many items unavailable store is not fully stocked

I called cvs about my ups package and when they went to put me through to the front i was hung up on and when i called again and brang it up she was rude and belligerent and spoke to me as if i were a child and refused to put me through to receive information about my package

On Monday June 20th, I went to the drive-thru to pick up my infants’ prescription and an antibiotic for myself. The Technician named Julia, said that I could pick up my child’s prescription but not mine as my antibiotic would not be ready until the next day. I asked if there was any way I could have my antibiotic that night because I was in a lot of pain. Julia then said that they do not have my antibiotic at their location and to go to the 24-hour CVS instead. I understood and then proceeded to try to pick up my child’s prescription. When I had asked her for it, Julia said with a stern tone that the pharmacy had rejected the prescription order because it wasn’t covered by my insurance. I didn’t understand why they would cancel a prescription order on my behalf without consulting me first. I asked Julia “Why would you make this decision without asking and how much the prescription was?” She said it was $16. I asked her to please process the prescription request, that it was for my child, and that I will pay for it out of pocket. Julia kept insisting against it due to the insurance. I told her that I understood but please process it anyway. She said “Okay, bye." and closed the drive-thru gate and laughed at me. I pressed the call button because she closed the gate on me before I could even finish asking her to transfer both prescriptions to the 24-hour CVS. No answer. At that point I was not only upset that my prescriptions were not being filled but that she had also rudely closed the gate on my face and then ignored my buzz calls. I went inside to speak to a manager and a half an hour later, a pharmacist named Minh, was able to give me both my child’s prescription AND my antibiotic. Their location had both of my prescriptions on site and was able to fill them within the hour. I can’t help but feel upset and disappointed that a healthcare professional would treat me so unprofessionally. She denied my prescriptions for no reason, which made me question whether I was being discriminated against for being an immigrant. The Pharmacist apologized on Julia’s behalf and said that they were understaffed and busy. This experience does not sit well with me, and I will not be coming back here again. Julia was unprofessional and affected the health care of myself and my infant. I recommend that this location reassess their staff because no one should be treated this way under any circumstance.

Everyone at this pharmacy is amazing. They are professional, caring, polite & knowledgeable. Since I am a caregiver for my parents the staff has been so helpful it has been a blessing to me. We know each other by name, almost like a little family. I trust & respect them. They go over & beyond to serve you.

This pharmacy is terrible. They might as well just shut down and go out of business. I moved across the street from them and was inclined to come here often but stopped doing so. Half their shelves are always empty. And today was the final straw. I had a medication sent here that I desperately need and I just got an alert that they don’t even have that in stock. How on earth don’t you stock the basic antivirals!? I’m done with this place. Coming back for an edit: Actually they had 1 of my 2 scripts but their automated system suggested they had none of my scripts. I did peak at their shelves are pharmaceuticals and even a chunk of those are empty. Get a PPP loan and stock your damn shelves!

I really love shopping here! Great customer service. Reah was so friendly and helpful. I love seeing her everytime i shop here. She was the best cashier not only in this store but compare to other cashier in other cvs i encountered!..she always make sure to help and assist customer eventhough she's busy or doing something.

I called 10:00 only to wait on hold when someone finally picked up i said hello before i could say anything else the person told me please hold and put me back on hold for 10 minutes. i called again to address the fact that ive been getting non stop calls and text messages from this pharmacy regarding a pain medicine i am NOT supposed to be getting a refill from the original prescription form even says NO REFILLS and they have been calling me and texting every day multiple times a day. The woman must have already be in a bbad mood and having a bad day apparently when she tells me well dont get mad at us... are u not an employee of cvs pharmacy ? i am simply letting you know my frustration of these multiple calls and messages in no moment did i say she was at fault. im frustrated and dissapointed to say the least and decided to just end the call because i clearly was not going to receive any kind of help from her.
