I am beyond grateful for the pharmacy staff. I have been using them for years for all of my elderly parents needs. I recently moved all of my prescriptions to this store. The two new pharmacists are very dedicated to the patients they serve. They are compassionate about drug costs and the complexity of insurance policies. Yasmeen, one of the staff, has gone above and beyond to help. Please be kind to them. Often what frustrates you is not within their control.

Just had a terrible experience at this location. Cashier named Miguel reprimanded me for not ripping off the $3 coupon for him. Then he said I am a bad example to my 15yr old son. He argued with me then tried to rip the Hersey bars out of my hands!! I pulled back and held tight. Terrible cust svc. He needs to be fired. Also in 2020 I had another bad experience. What is the Manager's name?

The pharmacist Julie is by far the most arrogant person I’ve encountered in the healthcare field. She made the whole experience terrible. The rest of the staff was pleasant but they should definitely consider changing the pharmacist on staff.

The young man giving COVID shots today, March 29, doesn’t really know how to give a gentle shot. My arm is killing me. Some have that magic touch but he surely did not.

The pharmacists and staff are unprofessional and I am leaving CVS Pharmacy. I went in to fill a prescription for my mother after her surgery this woman who claims to be a pharmacist manager refused to fill stating there is no profile and she didn't want to create one. I called customer service promised a call and don't hear for nearly a week. They promise a manager will call and now it is optional. No one wants to call me back to address this issue. They are a bunch of charlatans and deceivers!

This CVS on Magie Ave in Union has that best staff and store manager. in the past i had a problem with one of the pharmacist but she is gone and i have not experienced any issues since. thank you to the Staff at the store for being the most helpful and professional I've meet anywhere.

unfriendly, unprofessional, I guess they forgot that it was mannerism day and left their manners at home. this goes for the front cashier to the pharmacy dept. They are plenty of individuals out there looking for a job, with class and professionalism . why spend your money and time there,

Went on Monday January 6th 2020 at 315 pm. Pharmacist with white lab coat sees me in line waiting with my child. Helps out a few customers then when im next for help she walks away. I guess if I'm not Portuguese or white I don't get the extra attention. Thank you gir making it so obvious. I hope someone high up at CVS reads this

I have used this pharmacy since it opened.The new pharmacist? needs people skills training. If you drop off multiple prescriptions and you call to ask if everything is ready and they only have 1 of your prescriptions ready, the logical answer is NO. Then becoming offensive with the customer when they point that out is not recommended. Just sayn!
