DO NOT GO HERE!! I rented a car through Uber with them and the car was literally a death trap. It broke down multiple times within three weeks of me having it, I had a charger plugged in the backseat and for whatever reason it burst into flames and burnt a hole into the seat, while me and my family and son were in the car. Putting all of our lives in danger. I contacted hertz and told them the situation and they did nothing to compensate me or even give me a different vehicle, even after me mentioning that the car is not in good condition to drive. Ive been paying $375 a week for this rental and have gone a good week and a half without using it because of the issues and they didn’t even compensate me for a few days lost. DO NOT recommend!

Un-responsible Stay Away ! I check availability and reserved a car, I made 20 miles traveling to pickup the car. They simply said no car is available for you, while there were plenty of cars for rent. Almost full. They said reserve on your own risk, we rarely have cars available for Uber. I have reserved car for Uber from their website after checking availability.

This rental place WAS HORRIBLE. If you can rent a car somewhere else please do. First off, we went to go pick up the car it was DIRTY and it was a Tesla and only at 40%. The guy told us we could just take it to a Wawa and charge it. Lo and behold when you bring it back charged (which we did) they tried to CHARGE US FOR CHARGING UP THE CAR. Mind you, we booked this car 2 weeks in advance so it should have been ready, cleaned and charged. Ridiculous service!

Horrible place, horrible staff and racist. Why do you take a reservation and not provide a vehicle. Worst customer service experience. I took an uber to collect the car. Ridiculous experience.

Horrible place horrible staff I would give zero stars however there isn’t such a option really nasty rude workers even if you book a car online you’re not guaranteed to get it Booked a full-size car they didn’t have any so they wanted to give me a 2 downgrade to a compact car and charge me an additional $130 They offered me two different options for a full-size car and then when my friend wanted to take the second option (because he also booked a full-size) that I didn’t take car they said they need it for oil change liars nasty rude people don’t rent from them!!! Try enterprise or a different hertz location

The agent who organized our rental told us we were fine to return the car at the same level we got it, a 1/4 tank. After we arrived at the destination we were charged $80 for the gas refill and when we tried to dispute the charges we were turned away. I'll never be going back here again.

If you have no cars available for Uber. Reach out to customers and let them know their reservation won’t be valid. Don’t have them wait thinking everything is okay. I’m very disappointed with Hertz. It’s the least you could do to save people the trouble of being turned away. Don’t promote Uber cars if you can’t commit to a reservation! On top of everything, the worst service. At least give options and alternatives.

I came to this location with a reservation in place and the day of my scheduled pick up I arrived at the place and was told they do not have a car available. I drove an hour out to walk away with nothing. When I asked the associate if he could check if there were other locations with vehicles available, I was told I could google the numbers and call myself. Extremely unprofessional inside the location and the lack of consideration that was displayed was just uncalled for. They should really work on their customer service, giving courtesy calls, and not booking reservations when there aren't any vehicles to reserve despite the lot being full of rental cars.

Called HERTZ on Sunday 09/06 at 10am, letting them know i'd be returning the car a few hours early. The representative stated that was fine, and he updated the system to reflect i'd return the car at 12:30pm as oppose to 4pm... Dropped the car off. Monday i get a notification that HERTZ was attempting to charge my cc $100. I had no clue as to what the charge was for. Called on tuesday because they tried to charge me AGAIN, that was followed by a voicemail msg telling me i still had the car in my possession so they were charging me. Keep in mind, my flight left that state Sunday at 2:45pm. So i called and spoke with a representative, the lady said the conversation i had on Sunday was NOT EVEN DOCUMENTED! She also explained, they were trying to charge me $100 because the car was not CHECKED IN... When there is a KEY DROP BOX designated for dropping the car off when the office is not open so how dare you guys try to charge me $100 for a car that you didnt see was at the return location or not? Why have the option to drop the car off during NON business hours if that will result in being charged $100 because no one is there to check it in. That was 09/08. today is 09/14 and i have not gotten a call/email or my money back. Im currently waiting on hold for 26 minutes to speak with a representative because i have YET to receive my refund for not using the car the entire reservation & i called and spoke with someone whom said i could do so. THE CAR WAS DISGUSTING. I am not over exaggerating by far. I even have videos because i was so surprised they'd rent the car out. the FRONT & BACK seats were covered with filth. I was amazed at the level of filth. The car on the outside was bad as well. It had scratches all over the car, then on the back you can tell the car has been in an accident, the car was kind of EMBARRASSING to drive around. I would never use or recommend this company as i am still on hold waiting for a representative so i can get my money back.

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars they do not deserve any whatsoever. Very rude and they discriminate a lot. How are you of my own very race but talk and speak anyhow to customers. DO NOT GO THERE TRUST ME. They will give you faulty vehicles and then instead of they going to fix the issue or exchange the vehicle they bluntly tell you to go fix the car and then continue with the reservation. The black branch manager was very rude and I take it her employees learn from her. I have never been talked down to in my life before. VERY RUDE and I am filing a civil complaint
