They reserved a Suv instead of a car for $22.00 more a day. There were no other options the day I picked it up. The insurance called and they couldn't accommodate me for a swipe out. Suv has single light on for tirer pressure. Thank goodness am local. My Suv won't be ready for a week an a half.

My service with location in union nj was very frustrated:( please connect with me the owner of the business… I am not disturb the situation now which was horrible and pushed me to get additional insurance on the top of my full coverage there charge my credit card and still money from my account … but please connected with me . Thank you .

Waited on phone queue and was never connected. Called 3 times over the course of 30 minutes. Had to go in person. Great in person service.

My favorite location to rent a car from. The service is always great. The agents are friendly and professional. What I like the most is that I can drop off my rental prior to them opening and still makes it to work on time.

vincent is inpatient and gets frustrated when you try to ask him questions. after being a repeat customer on several occasions, i can assure you that i’ll never be using enterprise union again.

BEWARE OF the old BAIT AND SWITCH AND UNETHICAL, RUDE treatment BY MANGER VINCENT, at The Morris Ave., Union, NJ branch I see that other customers have been experiencing BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, it comes down right from the top. The “ manager” Vincent. He is by far the worst example of a manager, That I have ever had The displeasure to work with. Enterprise needs to choose and train, the manager's better. Vincent, seems to have been trained in the art of “bait and switch” my car was damaged, so I needed a rental car. My insurance company set me up through enterprise. I only had a limited amount of coverage, so I asked Vincent to provide me with the most reasonable car they had. When she arrived there, he conveniently did not have anything in our price range and immediately attempted to push a more expensive model and up charge her. When she refused to upgrade, she asked For a ride back to her place of employment. Vincent refused and explained “rides are only for enterprise customers“ and she would have to find her own way home. This enterprise happened to be on a very busy and dangerous State Road. On her way back while walking on this busy road, she injured herself. Thank God it was not worse and she did not get hit by a car. After taking care of my wife, I proceeded to go to the enterprise on Morris Avenue in Union to speak with the unprofessional and negligent manager there Vincent. He refused to speak with me and worst off he found it amusing. He laughed in my face, From the backseat I’ll be locked car. Everyone should be aware of enterprises policy of beating The customer to come in and then increasing The price. NEVER AGAIN, Will I ever use or recommend enterprise Rent-A-Car. .

I was recently at the Morris Ave., Union branch and witnessed a very rude employee. It seemed a customer was attempting to speak with this employee. The customer was not irate or unprofessional in any manner, however the enterprise employee Just totally ignored the customers complaint. To be quite honest I was shocked at the treatment given to the customer by The enterprise employee. I did not get his name but he was tall white male with dark hair and beard. If that is the treatment that enterprise delivers, I would not ever deal with them again

So the only good thing about this place is that the staff is very friendly to you but with that said they're not courteous. I rented a vehicle right before the holidays it was the last minute rental because my car was in an accident. I was supposed to get a premium vehicle but they only had a minivan. I said that would be fine because they told me I could change it out. I don't mind minivans but this one had permanent stains all over the floor, a weird smell to it and sputtered most times when you went in reverse. I was not comfortable in this vehicle at all. I called about 5 to 6 times about getting another vehicle. And each time they told me they had nothing available and I was on the top of the list. Never a call back..... This vehicle was rented for 30 days I drove it five times. Never a call back.... Not even after the holiday. Not the best experience.

I am only giving a 2 star because the staff was friendly or else it would be 0 stars . The minivan I rented was for a trip from New Jersey to Florida . The van was given to me so so dirty. Looks like it Hasn’t been cleaned for a while. I made this reservation a month prior ,it definitely wasn’t a last mine booking. It was disgusting, inside and out .
