Arrived early morning, the lady taking my order was super sweet. She asked me to pull around where she could finish taking my order, mind me I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle, and also a medium caramel macchiato with extra expresso. Once arriving to the window she asked me a few times what I had ordered (I’m thinking she’s a new employee). I told her what I ordered and ended up getting my food 10 minutes later which was great. I checked my food and the only thing on my McGriddle was bacon and no cheese or egg. Also, my macchiato was luke warm and had no ice in it (guessing it had all melted when she made it). I forget the lady’s name who took my order but she was nice, just think they should train a little better.

My French fries were soggy Luckily I ate inside. I did ask them for regular French fries that are like French fries and they Gave me good French fries the 2nd time around

This was the cleanest McDonald's I've seen in forever! The manager Mrs. Williams was the nicest and most friendliest person I've met in a long time! (I think that was her name. If I'm wrong, I do apologize). The chicken on my chicken warm, not hot like i like it... but she and her staff were so friendly I didn't even care.... I'm tempted to drive 30 minutes back to that McDonald's for lunch today...

I sat in the drive thru for over 5 mins just trying to order. No one ever spoke, mind you it’s 545 in the morning I’m the only one here. I saw the person with the headset sitting outside and watched him go in. I also waited by the windows for a bit and still nothing. There hours say 24 hours on Saturday and 0530 open all the other days. I’ve read numerous reviews and now know better than to stop here.

The young lady managing the drive in was a major sweetheart. Very courteous, polite & pleasant, even complimented me on my voice and the fact i say please and thank you a lot. Lady had problems taking our order, after 3 tries of telling her we were told to pull around. Our order wasn't right, LOL but at least they were happy and had smiles on their face.

I gave this McDonald's a 5 because they're service and the food are so much better than the one on Memorial Dr. The food actually looks like the commercials kudos to the employees and manager. I drive 2 miles more than necessary just to visit this one.

Your orders always cold or not right it's the worst and that is sad to say it used to be good I don't know what's happened I'm assuming they need some new management

We were on our way from Alabama to Florida and my daughter popped a tire on the curb at the drive-tbru. The closing employee was so sweet and compassionate, she even bought our drinks. There wasn't any tire shops open in the area, so they allowed us to sit in the parking lot til morning. The police checked on us during the night. The next morning, we charged our phones in the restaurant and a sweet customer name Kurt changed our tire. This sleepy town treated us like family and we are forever grateful. Thanks to the closing employee and the manager for being so kind to us. ❤

How much more burned and dried out could they have made this. Someone actually was ignorant enough to put this burnt wood chip on a bun and sell it. There’s always something wrong with your order. This McDonalds needs some serious overhauling or shut it down.
