I live with chronic pain and it had been over 30 years since I bought a new mattress. I was in dire need of a new one but not just any mattress one that would target the pressure point issues I have living with fibromyalgia, disc, nerve and arthritis issues. Blake greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I told him what I needed and he lead me to the Sealy mattress section. He was patient as I had to lay on them for a while to see what my body had to say. While I lay there he told me everything about the Sealy products I was testing. After I made my selection he gave me a quote and I told him to let my pray about it as it was an expensive purchase. I promised to let him know the next day. So, I went back the next day but he was at lunch but the two ladies at the store waited patiently as he did while I laid on them again. I made my second selection and decided to go with the Sealy Ramsey! My mattress’s were ordered and delivered on time with care as promised! This is the first time in years I have woke up pain free and have been able to turn over in bed without severe pain! I really enjoyed my experience. This was the definition of southern hospitality. Small but convenient, clean and effective. The young lady managing the drive in was a major sweetheart. Very courteous, polite & pleasant, even complimented me on my voice and the fact i say please and thank you a lot. Easy place to find and get to. If you are coming from the East, use the crossover immediately following Findley Rd. It's wider and includes a turn lane for the road. Pull on the scale and go see the lady at the corner of the building. If you are picking up in a van, pull off the scale, backup beside building to the left. Blow out your trailer and wait for them to come find you. Might take a while. After you get a dock just wait to be loaded(might take a while). They will let you know when done, you pull forward and they put the seal on that you gave them when they came out to give you a dock door. They also blow on your trailer for some reason. Pull out, go out the exit onto the street then back in to pull across the scale again. Go see the lady again. There are facilities that I could see and they are in no hurry to load you. They lady at the office looks grumpy but she's really not based on my experience. ~Jim
