I would go back here if my car broke down and I had to travel by hands and knees 50mi to work. I booked an suv Kia but instead I got a car for the same price. They tried to tell me that it was the same size and that it was compact as well smh. I returned to car a day early but they aren’t going to reimburse me for the day as they should. It’s a hot mess here and i feel that they should care about their customers enough to clean the inside of this place. It is filthy!! Not to mention the gps on the car didn’t even work.

They were very affordable and helpful. But the thing that I didn't like. You have to pickup the truck in Philadelphia. To me even though they were affordable, picking the truck from NJ to Philly is not affordable.

The budget car rental gave me a dirty car, with some dents that reaked of cigarette smoke. I was stunned as I specifically mentioned I have asthma, I have pictures. Do not use this place. Service is HORRIBLE

Beware - EZ pass Auto-use- I declined their EZ Pass and was told, no problem, can leave it closed and use my own. EZ pass did charge on mine but now I get a bill for the tolls and a $11.85 surcharge for using it from Budget. I did not sign anything with them to be charged for this.

I have been going to this branch for years even if other car rental companies are closer to me geographically. Nadia and her boyfriend run this Budget office and they provide unmatched service. They are highly professional providing, warm and friendly service. Vehicle pick up and drop off is always a breeze. The vehicles are always clean.
