I’m sorry but I didn’t feel comfortable for the lady that help me I didn’t like how she kept on asking everyone else for help, & I also didn’t like how they made me call my own insurance when I had my own insurance even the customer service call saying the people there didn’t help me or give me any informations I bout to change it to Walgreens at this point I have not felt so uncomfortable or cringe…I felt like I was at a ghetto area..

This is for the Rite Aid in Burlington on Rte 130. Stopped there after the horrible service in Edgewater Park. The pharmacist at this location was sooo nice and very helpful on 11/21/21. I will definitely be going back there again.

Waited all day for a prescription only to find the pharmacy already closed at 7pm. Called about 20 times and whoever answered the phone couldn't even be bothered to inform me of that. Will NEVER shop here whether they are open or not. Disgraceful !

Dont get COVID testing done here, ESPECIALLY if you need it for travel. I had my flight on Friday and went to do required COVID testing earlier that week on Monday. Wait time was a bit but went well otherwise. Friday morning comes STILL no results and I cant cancel my trip because everything booked. I went the night prior to the pharmacy and the lady at the window basically said “its above us now”. There was no way she could check the status of my swab/test or even go into a portal or provide a number to the testing lab, just useless. That same Thursday i called the pharmacy MULTIPLE times just to get some guidance, and the phone rung and rung and rung. Literally to the point it would just go back to the main menu then i had to dial 3 to reconnect to the pharmacy line and it went on in a loop all day. So frustrating. Around mid afternoon it didnt even ring anymore it just gave a busy tone. So not only was i in limbo but i couldnt even reach someone to speak to. Ended up paying $250 for a rapid test at the airport even though i took ample to time to get my test done. Shouldve just went to walgreens up the road. Lesson learned.

Tried to get my 2nd Covid vaccine and turned away for no appt. got my first shot walking in. We spending 100 million on vaccine commercials and they turning people away.

Rude, nasty, and stuck up head pharmacist. Ill never give these people another dollar of my money while shes behind the counter. Way they talk to customers is disgusting. From other peoples reviews specifically about the pharmacists, this seems to be a common issue.

I've been going to this particular location for five years and I am very please will all the services that I received. This is my place to go when I want to send western unions, pick up my medication, and shop for some over the counter medicines and aids. I dont too much grocery shop in a pharmacy so I cant speak on the grocery side.

Absolutely horrible customer service I called for a simple yes or no answer, sounds simple enough right? The first time I called I spoke with a regular associate and the associate said he couldn’t answer my question over the phone, I didn’t see why not? My question didn’t require anything personal it was just a general question, I quickly got the phone hung up on me. So second time around I called and asked to speak to the management on duty and the manager told me to never call back again. WTH! I feel sorry for the patients and customers of this place seriously horrible!! I wouldn’t recommend this place and their services not even to my worst enemy! Very disgusted!

They are the sneakiest lying pharmacists ever! Too many times to count the tell you many fibs to cover their incompetence!!! They ignore your wishes and preferences!! Please here is a fine example on who works for who?!!!! Very disappointed once again!! They know what I am talking about!!!...I am treated with no respect!!...😔
