Mark Gonzalez, this time in particular, was genuinely amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful, and went far above and beyond to answer our questions and offer us the very best options for our unique situation and circumstances. Do not come to this store it is the worst!! I went in only wanting a SIM card but since they ask for your account info. They said I was paying way too much for my bill its ridiculously high. He said we can lower it right now I said I would come back another day I was in a hurry. But the representative and I’m pretty sure it was the manager as well were really insistent. They said it takes no time so I gave in turns out they added another line to my account I was being charged 45.00. Be careful because they didn’t say they are adding a line just that I’ll get a text and to provide the PIN number to them so they can make the change to lower the bill. It didn’t lower my bill in actuality it went up much higher. I went in on the first bill they said the new line was a credit to lower my bill. That was a lie I had to call customer service to remove the line. Double check your bill they are not truthful. Just a horrible experience I had to go in multiple times and my bill is not any lower now I pay more. I had a grandfathered plan which I can’t get anymore because of the change they made. I had to file a complaint against them with customer service to get refunded back everything I was overpaying for. Also seems to be something customer service is aware of stating the store does this and adds lines without telling ppl. My bill went from $270 to $377 . I was paying $20 per line and went up to $56.

I needed a upgrade and decided to visit my local AT&T store in La Verne on Foothill by the IHOP and I was pleasantly surprised! Not only were Brenda and Jesse helpful but their Customer Service was absolutely exceptional! I would give them both an A plus all around! Also AT&T as a phone carrier has not disappointed! Thank you again for a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this small gem of a store! 👏👏👏

The representative who helped me, Ailish, was very patient and helped me buy a new phone and port my phone number from Boost to my family's existing AT&T account. I had some issues getting the required information from Boost and she was able to expertly guide me through the process. I could not have done this remotely. Thanks again for excellent customer service!

I love AT&T! I have done business with you for over 30 years and you have never let me down. I went into the AT&T store here in La Verne, California. My wait time was less than five minutes, actually I was helped as soon as I walk through the door. The AT&T representative, Jacob, is so excellent. AT&T has a wonderful employee in Jacob. Melissa was awesome! She went above and beyond to help me. I was desperate to replace my phone when it died unexpectedly. She called all around to other AT&T stores who were NO help at all. She ended up resolving my issue on her own and saved me money in the process! So, so thankful for her help!

My husband and I wanted to upgrade our phones and with all the craziness of the virus going on felt it was a good time since we arent working. Rep was extremely helpful and we are happy with the deal we got. Store was clean and took proper precautions. All the reps in the store were very nice. Great experience
