SALES DEPARTMENT FRAUDULENT!!!, CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FRAUDULENT. Major accounting issues with TMobile. Do not turn in your phone from mail like they requested. They lost the Phone and charged me! Also, purchasing a new phone, the salesman on phone lied saying on recorded line that all I pay is tax and 50 a month. Got off phone they charged the card the full 1800 for the Fold. Now it has take. 6 months and still waiting on management approval. I will have to bring a lawyer into this because Tmobile has made it too complicated and keeps prolonging the return. They also have admit ful fault. They are a mess guys. It seems like they are trying to get the money back by saying they lost the old returned phone.

Ibrahim helped me and my 88 year old mom. She struggles with tremors in her hands and the phone apps were randomly scattered among multiple screens. Ibrahim was super efficient and patient in helping us organize the most important apps on her home screen. He is one more reason to stick with T Mobile

Blatantly lied to about promotion rates for iPhone trade in. Felt like we were pushed to sign up by promises of promotions that were not true and we didn’t get credit for. Account was set up under the wrong address. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Also, manager not wearing masks and most employees wearing masks not covering their nose. No regard for public health and safety not to mention swindling of customers.

The employee that helped was a nice guy. But I don't like how we told him we want one line added and he added a second one. That i didn't find out until the end. He said it was free and will be free forever. But then I asked for a receipt of what I just paid for. He said ok. I asked what i paid for he said taxes. When we left he gave us a paper. When i looked at it. I was charged 2 activation fees and he charged us for a charger block. I thought came with the phone. Not once did he tell us we were getting charged for any of that. So the taxes were around 86 bucks but then i paid an extra 80 bucks without him telling me that it was for activation and a charger. That makes me want to cancle anything. Makes me feel like the he was dishonest. Wish makes the whole experience dishonest to me.

Rude employees, while I understand Covid regulations and totally agree to them, someone should at least say courteously to wait outside, not just get rejected with an angry face, we read the poster that said 4 persons at a time and since only 3 were inside I decided to step in but I was rejected saying the Max amount of people were inside but this was counting both employees then they were exceeding having 5 persons inside not just 4 as their regulation said, so someone wasn’t enforcing it properly. I just think there are better manners and looking at reviews this store lacks of courtesy.

Stay away! thieves Worst experience ever go any t-mobile except the mall. My service was cut off whole day because of them went there to get I iPhone12 yesterday night waited 2 hours and the not to smart staff accidentally cut off my account and and said it was closing time so they could not get service on the phone whattttttttt Them they tried to charge me for activation fee for a new that they weren't giving me phonelol whatttttt who hired these thieves
