Me and my son bought the 1+Nord 5g phones 2 days ago at the Metro PCS store on Northgate/San Juan store and Annabelle was the clerk who helped us and she was so polite and helpful and made us feel like our $ was being spent wisely and so if you folks want excellent customer help go see Annabelle.

I ordered a phone from there and they said that it would be here by Tuesday. It was Thursday. I went there twice and they said that they would call me. I didn't get my phone till following Wednesday.

There out the door price of the iPhone SE special here was $180+ because the manager had made it a rule that in order for customers to take advantage of the offer they must also buy some accessories, adding over $30 to the total. I went to a nearby store where I was treated much more reputably.

The associates were only able to tell us about the phone features as with most phone stores I've been to. Nowadays customers know about the phone features before they come to the store.

I was wondering if there is a way to rate this with only a "half-star" rating. We were sold phones with accessories that we didn't need or gave the consent for, they sneakingly make you initial the contract receipt and only after give the official receipt for you to find out that you were charged extra. Came back 5 times trying to solve the problem and only after that we were able to have the refund. The manager is never present and the employees are "not allowed" to give his/her business contact number to their customers. 3 out of 4 of the employees we came across seemed under-trained of quality customer service making the whole experience seem stressful. The place inside looks a little rugged.

The staff was so helpful and patient with me, I visited another location and instead of helping me they told me to visit a corporate store or to call customer service I was also trying to connect my IPhone at a different location and instead of connecting it they tried selling me a metro phone, also told me my IPhone was "blacklisted" when I had just bought it from the apple store unlocked two days before . I came into this location and even with a line of costumers they took the time to call customer service for me and saved me a trip to corporate.With no problem they answered every question I had. Really helpful! I recommend to others!! :)
