14 Best cell phone store in Sacramento, California (CA) 2024

Went in to get some help with my phone which was not working right. The girl tried very hard but couldn't fix the problem. When she asked the manager for help he didn't even come over even though he was not helping anyone but just said "that's the way it is". Extremely rude! I will never set foot in that store again. Went Folsom Blve store and got problem solved easily and courtiously. James ~james

Disgusted and disappointed with the service that I received here at this location I went in and asked about the sim swap the gentle here told me that the sim card wouldn't fit my phone and that I would have to purchase another one however I wasn't happy with his body language or his service so if I even needed to purchase another phone I refused to purchase it at this location and not with him at all so I politely turned around and walked out. I feel like he was trying to get over on me because I went to another store and got exactly what I asked for without any hassle or any talk of purchasing another phone this location is not an honest or fair place they will try to make you do something like spend money with them which is unnecessary and unfair to us as consumers. Always get a second opinion if you go to this location for anything they aren't honest. ~Charlesetta

Got the best customer service from Mahmoud. He answered all my questions and helped with a purchase. Everyone in the store is very helpful and patient. Will definitely come back for more business! ~Aleksandra

Me and my son bought the 1+Nord 5g phones 2 days ago at the Metro PCS store on Northgate/San Juan store and Annabelle was the clerk who helped us and she was so polite and helpful and made us feel like our $ was being spent wisely and so if you folks want excellent customer help go see Annabelle. ~Windy

Forces customers to upgrade and If you can't afford a high end phone they have a table with about a dozen random phones that were all very dirty and sticky. They were all uncharged without any lables stating prices/ specifications/ camera quality/ or even the phone name. I asked about them and was told that if I wanted to know anything about them, I would have go online to find out. I couldn't believe it. I felt like I was buying a phone from a thrift store. Needless to say, I took my business somewhere else (next door to Cricket's knowledgeable sales staff) where I got a great deal on two phones for $250 as compared to Boost who wanted almost $400. ~Brett

I took my Pixel 6 Pro in for a screen replacement and honestly I don't regret it. I'm new to Sacramento so after a Google search I decided to go here and their work is beyond great! Screen replaced at an affordable price and their service goes above and beyond. I can truly recommend this place and glad I found a trustworthy cell phone repair shop. ~EDGAR

In town temporarily and they were able to get me hooked up with a sim card and got me up and running pretty quick. Staff knowledgeable and very helpful. Can't say getting up and running with a temporary (one month) sim is value for money however. ~Jim
