Zero Stars. Do not lease phones with them they will overcharge you $300-$500. They will make it seem like it’s a deal but it’s not. It’s better to just pay cash. There is no way the iPhone XR is worth $1000, but that is what I will be paying due to the money hungry leasing company they are partnered with. Just a warning to all, don’t do it. Also make sure their undertrained employees know what they’re are talking about before allowing people to sign contracts with their “misinformation”.

This store is garbage tried to sell me a phone for $250.00 even though i had a message straight from metro for a free phone. Haha fatt boy tried to sell water to a whale cant fool me boy, hoped in my car drove down to franklin and florin and got a samsung a12 for 24.00 out the door.i would and will never recomend this store to anybody sorry guys im a manager at major tire shop right down the st. Customers arnt alwayys but you guys seem to be always wrong

Stopped a few days ago and was so impressed by the help I received on the deals available, I ended up purchasing a new phone with the unlimited plan. Abeel I believe his name was is extremely knowledgeable and listened to the few requirements and questions I had. The Samsung a21 with a wallet case and screen protector on thier unlimited plan was less than 130 out the door! It seems like more than a few other options were available for every budget, I will be recommending this spot in particular to anyone that mentions the need for a new phone and/or new phone service! Thanks again for setting me up with an awesome phone and service! Nothing negative to note!

They actually care what's best for you and your budget. I was informed of an option with four lines, that saved me $70 dollars per month, including service on a new tablet. That's service worth the drive. Go here!

Great location! In went in with pretty in-depth list of needs and the employee was helpful, friendly and very understanding to all of my needs. Transaction was quick and easy... I was in and out of the store with all of my needs met in about 30 minutes! I really appreciated how helpful they were there! I dislike having to get a new phone but didnt have any issues at all this time. Prices were amazing too. Would highly recommend! Almost a year later went to gey my husband a new phone and had the same great experience! To add to my happiness of this place they even helped us save a bunch of money with by adjusting our plan and informing us about our free amazon prime membership. The guy that helped us was named abeel...highly recommend!!!

Had an amazing and easy going experience today when I went in to port my phone number from boost! They did offer me the 60 unlimited like another review mentioned when I asked to be quoted with the free phone but told me it was optional that they just recommend it. So I did end up getting the 40 plan with a 25 add on for my daughter. And also got a huge discount on all of our accessories for the phones as well! I'm very happy with this location and the workers! They were very helpful and made sure all my info was transferred from my old phone.. very good ppl!

My wife went in to purchase a phone for my son and was told she couldn't activate a phone on the $30 plan that she had to purchase the $60 unlimited plan on a phone that does nothing but calls and text. Store management is horrible with training or the cs rep just wanted the bigger sale. Either way, go to the other location a block away and deal with a competent staff.

Really helpful staff. Unlike other stores, there is never only one, super slow employee while a line goes out the door, waiting for help. I have never left the store without a resolution to my problem. Thank you to everyone who works in the most efficient, professional metro PCs store in the entire south Sacramento area!! Its about time!!
