Forces customers to upgrade and If you can't afford a high end phone they have a table with about a dozen random phones that were all very dirty and sticky. They were all uncharged without any lables stating prices/ specifications/ camera quality/ or even the phone name. I asked about them and was told that if I wanted to know anything about them, I would have go online to find out. I couldn't believe it. I felt like I was buying a phone from a thrift store. Needless to say, I took my business somewhere else (next door to Cricket's knowledgeable sales staff) where I got a great deal on two phones for $250 as compared to Boost who wanted almost $400.

I had a great experience here! I showed up at 6:30 (a half hour before closing time) and Zara helped me set up my account and new phone. I ordered a phone online and when I went in, she told me that I should return it because she could get me a waaaaay better deal. For buying a new phone, activating it, and setting everything up in store, it cost me $170 less than when I bought the same phone online. If you need a new phone and you're looking to switch, come to this Boost location!

This is probably the best Boost Mobile customer service I have encountered in my 15 years as a Boost Mobile customer. The young lady named Zara whom works there always has a bright spirit and can get any service done for you in the best way possible. She puts you on great deals and at a fast pace. Great place! Highly recommend!

I love this location Zara is always friendly and gives amazing good quality service. I’ve been coming here for years now and will not switch no matter what. She recognizes every customer unless it’s your first time . Extremely recommended this location.

Zara was very nice, but I’m out $424.72. I bought a refurbished iPhone that wasn’t working properly. They said Apple would repair it for free. Apple said it was refurbished with aftermarket parts and they won’t cover it. Boost won’t take the phone back. I was a Boost customer for seven years because it saved me money. Now it’s costing me and I have to choose a new carrier.

When I went into Boost Mobile,My family and I were greeted very nicely by a women named Zara. She was very helpful, polite and kind to us. She made sure we left with no questions.
