This may be related to the mismanagement of AT&T, not the local store, but...I've been trying to get internet installed in my new house for the past 4 months and still don't have internet. I understand this is a new construction thing, but I did get different messages from different personnel from this local store every time I stopped by. For example, in Dec 2021 it was told that internet will be ready for the new building in 2 weeks; I visited again in 2022 and was told to register my address on their website (but I was unable to). After months of wait, I was finally informed by our HOA that I may order fiber AT&T now. Placed an order online, and received another call saying that there will be some delay due to "facility issues," and in the same afternoon received a second call saying that they WERE coming to hook it up (which turned out to be a spam call trying to sell me ADT security?? But the problem is, did AT&T leak my order information??). I tried to do online chat and a customer representative said "rest assured, I've placed high priority and a technician will arrive to install the internet." As expected, no one showed up today. Can't AT&T just ensure better communication within their own units so that they would at least not give us mixed information and let down the customers again and again? I don't mind months of wait but...this??? Feel my frustration. Update: AT&T rescheduled my installation from early April to April 20th, and on April 19th they called again to say there will be delay and didn't even provide me with a "rescheduled to" date. The guy who called me couldn't explain why and just gave me a number to call.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. It was my first iphone upgrade. It went pretty much smooth and a lot less painless than I had expected. I was given options and not pushed on any decisions. I worked with one staff member named Jessie and he was great. I was able to trade my iPhone 11 for the iPhone 13 pro max and it was quick and easy. 10/10 😁☺️

I had a wonderful experience at this store. It was my first phone upgrade without my parents helping me but it went so much better then expected. Every staff member is friendly and welcoming. I was given options and not pushed on any decisions. I worked with two staff members named Adam and Lela and they were both so great. I was able to trade my iPhone 8 for the iPhone 13 and it was quick and easy. There were complications trading in my phone and I had to come back but again it was a great experience. The staff members are super helpful and the store is neat and clean. Overall: 10/10

Went by the store today to see if I was eligible for a upgrade and Lela was the absolute best. Showed me and explained when I was eligible for the new iPhone. Super friendly and she’s the best one at the store and very very helpful.

I was offered an $800.00 trade in of my iPhone if I chose the zfold3 and switch from Verizon to AT&T. I trusted the two employees to take care of it all and took them for their word only to find a printed out receipt of my trade in, I the bottom of the bag they gave me showing they only gave me a little over $220. Trade in. It had a place for me to sign at the bottom agreeing to this price. They never showed me this paper. If I had known they lied to me I would never had agreed much less switch from Verizon to them. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do next. I'm hurt and disappointed

I had a more than amazing experience here today. Lela helped me turn in my old phone and get set up with a new one seamlessly - a little lagged on my part because I had a bajillion photos to transfer. But otherwise, it was such an easy and honestly fun time talking with her! And Adam, too, they both made the wait seem like nothing and helped me all the while. I would 1000/10 recommend coming to this store to get any issues handled, or to just get a new phone. It was an effortless experience with fun conversation to top it off. :) Also, I hope your wedding goes well!!

My specialist in Starkville, MS named Adam was very friendly and personable. He really made the visit extra fantastic. Also, we had to authorize my user account before I could get my upgrade. When we called the support line to do that it was very quick and easy. Also the customer service was on point as well. Thanks AT&T !

Tracy was my At&t Attendant on Hwy 12. He was courteous and professional and added in a sense of humor concerning the problem with my phone. He quickly resolved the issue. He offered me a great deal on a potential service. Thank you Sir!

The only one ATT store in town. I have visited the store for many time, in various reasons. Taking new connection, buying new phone you name it. Most of time, they are pretty sweet and helping. Once we got a pathetic service, however, that was a complicated case, not truly their fault.
