I just want to say thank you so much to Odell and the rest of the Enterprise staff for a very easy, pleasant renting experience. Even after a billing error, when I went back to inquire about it, they were so nice and accommodating. I have used Starkville's Enterprise several times and am never disappointed.

What a joke, first of all the management is very rude didn’t want to take the time to explain everything. Then the store manager at the Starksville location wouldn’t help me at all. But while waiting on me, he stayed on his phone texting. Someone else entered the store and he left me to go help that person. But I think it was just a friendly visit!! I left and went to budget! Wouldn’t recommend Starksville location. I travel a lot and will never use enterprise Starksville ms again. Very disappointed

The associate that assisted me with my rental was preoccupied with someone on the phone as I was helped at the counter. Then upon the walk around of the vehicle, I could tell they were hurrying the completion of this task. Also the vehicle was provided to me with just a quarter tank of fuel. Such an inconvenience to receive a rental with very little fuel. This experience doesn't represent other Enterprise locations I've used in the past, so I was surprised with this service.

I reserved a car for the first weekend in April. The reservation process was easy. When it came time to actually picking the car up, they were doing curbside assistance. This process was also really easy, fast, and hassle-free. Courtney was very nice & helpful. I initially reserved a compact car and ended up with a nice, small suv that I ended up loving! I definitely plan to rent again from this location!

First off my reserved car was not there so I had to go to another location 25 miles away. After a flat we were sent to the closest enterprise location that was 40 miles out of the way to exchange vehicles. I asked the representative of the local place has a car to give me and if they are expecting me, I was told yes. Well they were not expecting and even worse, they would not give us the car. Instead they told us to drive the 1100 miles back on a spare tire. Even though this enterprise happened to be located inside of a GMC dealership with a service center, they would not plug the tire, they chose to send us on our way. After another hour long detour at a Walmart tire center we had the tire plugged and we’re on our way. I was told by now the third enterprise corporate employee that I would be reimbursed for the inconvenience, I was not. I handed over the receipt and was given my total, it was the same as the day I started this trip from hell. Apparently the home office people and the local office people don’t talk, reservations don’t mean anything to enterprise and that Chrysler 300 was a piece of junk that dinged for an oil change the entire trip.

Set up an appointment to be picked up from a car repair shop by enterprise at 8 AM. I had little faith they would actually show up on time and here I am 45 minutes later being driven by a friendly employee of the repair shop to enterprise. Glad my work schedule is flexible and I have an understanding employer otherwise I would in hot water right now. I can’t seem to get that jingle out of my head, “ Call Enterprise...we’ll pick you up.”

If you want to pay more than $500.00 at the time of rental go here! I have been renting with Enterprise for over 10 years business and personal . Everything is curbside service. I'm renting from other companies that trust and value my business. Enterprise was all about customer service and satisfaction at one time.

I made a reservation with these people and when I got there (30 min drive) they did not have the vehicle I reserved nor a replacement. They also told me there was nothing they could do about it. They stated that they tried to call me and the number they had on file was incorrect, however, I updated my phone number when I made the reservation. I spoke with a manager who stated that he called me himself. I asked him if he couldn't reach me by phone. Why didn't he email me. He stayed I didn't have an email which was a lie because when I was there, the lady confirmed my email on her tablet and asked me was it correct. Also I received an email confirming my reservation . I went back to verify on the itenerary that was sent to my email and saw that my number was correct after I spoke with the manager. They do not inform you when reserving that there is a $300 deposit also. They stated that they do not do drop off on weekends but I was told when making a reservation that I could drop it off at another relocation. Long story short, they almost ruined me and my kids trip that was already paid for and tickets were nonrefundable. I will never recommend people to rent a car from them and they are very unprofessionalm I even screenshot that my phone number was correct and sent it to the number the manager contacted me a no response. Oh well. They messed up bad. Don't plan a trip and rely on these people for transportation!!

I reserved a car last week and called around 9:15 am on Monday, the day of pick-up, to give them our ETA of less than 30 minutes. There were numerous other clients being helped and even with the required outdoor customer service due to COVID, we were promptly greeted by our polite and knowledgeable agent. Although I requested the most cost-effective car available, he quickly and thoroughly answered my questions regarding rates for other vehicles on the site. Within less than 15 minutes we were given a clean, well-maintained, nicely equipped, easily operational Nissan Sentra. I do not see the agent's name on my receipt, but I hope that management can determine by using the information that I've provided. He should be recognized for his excellent work ethic.

My Enterprise Staff is phenomenal- they receive a 10 star review and more!! Your corporate office needs to send accolades to this group! The car they reserved for me this past weekend was so fun and so sharp in appearance. The reason I gave 4 stars is due to the vehicle quality which is not reflective of the staff. The last 4 leases I have had, something has gone wrong with one of the vehicle's functions. The one this past weekend, the radio and gps system froze. I have a question too- I received notice that I was included in an award system and points accrue as you lease cars. The last time I checked there were only two leases listed for this year- I believe I am now on my 12 or 13 th lease for this year. I inquired online regarding this and the answer was I had to obtain a copy of all my leases from my local office and e-mail it . I would think your company could access this readily from my location. This staff is non-stop and I definitely do not want to ask them to drop servicing their valuable customers to research and print a report out when you can receive it through your system.
